How do i gain weight in my butt and boobs, w/o gaining weight everywhere else?

There is no food that makes specific body parts grow, that's a ludicrous concept.

Your breasts are nothing but fat and glands and the only way to make them bigger is weight gain, hormone therapy (which barely works at all), or surgery.

Your butt however and CAN be made bigger by increasing it's workload and eating lots of nutrient rich and calorie dense foods such as:

Drink a lot of whole milk a day. Eat plenty of almonds, walnuts, lean proteins and whole-wheat pasta.

If you have a bicycle, the gears on the hardest setting to pedal and ride it everywhere.

Find an amount of weight that feels just a little heavy for you and follow this routine:
Workout A:
Deep (Butt below parallel) Squats
1 set 5 reps No weight
1 sets 5 reps 50% weight
2 sets 5 reps 100% of the weight

Backraises
3 sets 10 reps un-weighted

Workout B:
Deep squats
3 sets 10 reps un-weighted

Lunges
3 sets 5 reps un-weighted

Alternate every other day (EX: Monday – workout A, Wednesday - workout B, Friday - workout A. Next Week: Monday - workout B, Wednesday – workout A, Friday – workout A. Etc.) Add about 5 lbs to your squat each week, and 5 lbs to your lunges each week, until you cant complete the rep then scale it back and use the previous weight as your max.

Keep drinking plenty of milk and following that and soon you should maximize your butt’s size and roundness.

Increasing your intake of junk foods and greasy foods is not a good way to gain weight. Junk foods usually contain unhealthy trans fats or saturated fats.

Eat healthy food, basically what you wanna be doing is eat more calories.Healthy fats include omega-3 essential fatty acids sources like tuna, salmon, flax, and walnuts. Good sources of protein include lean meats, fish, poultry, nuts, seeds and legumes. Healthy carbohydrate sources include fruits, vegetables and whole grains.

Also exercising you legs will increase muscle and you have bigger yet sexy toned legs. Try buying those easytone shoes by reebok or the shape ups by sketchers. My friend bought the easytones she exercised with em jogged with them walked her dog with them almost wore em all the time and she went from a flat butt and slim thighs to a really nice bu..... well you get the picture :)

I am 5'5" and 100 pounds. I have some slight curve to me, but not much. what you can do to gain weight in a certain area obviously is not certain but.. I have a few tricks that might help to gain more weight. Gaining weight usually isn’t just in one area… more than likely you will also gain weight in your stomach and breasts also… what you can do is eat more fattening, unhealthy foods. eat tons of fast food! trust me.. it works. but.. to also help maintain the butt looking lifted and not saggy is by also working out!
