Will He Keep His Blond Hair

Why does blond hair turn brown?

When they are young, the pigment melanin is still being produced and hasn't reached its peak. So as they grow old, with more and more melanin, their hair becomes darker. This doesn't happen to everyone, it has to do with genetics too.

I would like to die my hair platinum blond, but I don't know if it will suite me, please look at my pictures

Yeah I think it would look nice but you have to be prepared for the upkeep of the colour. Even with your natural hair being blond the regrowth will still look dark against the platinum blond hair. Also bleaching is quite damaging so it is best to get it done at the hairdressers. I sometimes get my hair bleached but my hair is only 1" long all over so it gets cut out quick so my hair doesn't look damaged. If you do bleach your hair and you end up not liking it, instead of dyeing it back to your original colour which may really damage your hair, grow out your regrowth to about 2" and get your regrowth streaked platinum blond and get fewer and fewer streaks as your hair grows. It looks very natural.

Thank you!! :)

How can you make your leg hair blonde without dyeing it?

the leg hair u previously had probably was exposed to a lot of sun so it turned blonde. that happens to a lot of people if they have a blonde gene somewhere in their body. in the summer, i get blonde highlights and my stomach hair turns blonde. just try exposing it to more sun of possible, otherwise, youre stuck!!
sorry!!!
good luck

If your child was born with blonde hair did it turn brown eventually?

I, as well as my mother, older brother and younger sister were all born blonde and grew to have dark brown hair.My hair turned brown faster than my siblings did; they were still blonde in the 3rd grade whereas I went fully brunette by the end of the first grade. Here is me at 2 years old (I was born bleach blonde). At 5 years old. My hair was lighter in real life than the picture but still dirty blonde.7 years old.9 years old. Here is me now at 17,the tips of my hair and the front pieces are lighter because of hair dye but it is certainly darker than at 2!

If a jet black haired parent and a blonde parent have children, what color hair would the children likely have?

You can study dominant and recessive genetics and you will learn that brown eyes are the dominant (most prevalent) gene. Blonde hair is the recessive gene and thus less common. Even when a person is born with blonde hair, it may turn darker with age.I will tell you that I know of one true blonde/blue eyed person in my immediate family. My father’s mom. She also had natural curly, blonde hair ( both recessive genes). = Both her sons (my father (green eyes/recessive gene) and uncle/my father’s brother) had jet black hair.=My mother and father (green eyes/recessive gene) both had jet black hair.=The 3 children born of my parents all had jet black hair. 1 child got the recessive gene for green eyes. 2 had no kids. 1 had 9 kids (me).= I have 1 blonde haired/blue eyed (both recessive genes) child with her father who (like me) has dark hair and brown eyes. She is 17 years young. So it is likely she will maintain her blonde hair.=I had 1 child with a man who has blonde hair/blue eyes. Our child has medium brown hair and blue eyes. The moral of the story is that yes, the recessive genes will eventually show themselves down the line but not necessarily in the 1st or 2nd or 3rd generations. And person with brown eyes must also have the recessive gene for blue eyes in order to have a blue eyed child. So! you just never know who has those recessive genes hiding behind their dark hair and dark eyes. And honestly, the real deal is that anybody can change their hair color or lose their hair, so at the end of the day, it doesn’t matter. lol

If you semi-permanently dye your naturally blond hair light brown, will it fade back to it’s original color?

Semi permanent is deposit-only color, utilizing direct dyes or using 0–10 volume developer. So yes, your hair ultimately will return to its natural color eventually. How long depends on the brand, type of dye, and particular color, but this could take anywhere from a week to several months. Do keep in mind that 10 volume developer CAN lighten the hair a little bit, so after the fade out your hair could be slightly lighter than original. However, hair generally lightens towards the ends over time anyway, so you likely won't notice the change if that were to happen.
