Will I See Result If I Keep Doing This

How long will it take to see results with kegels?

If I do Kegel exercises, when will I begin to experience the benefits? Harder, stronger, last longer, shoot further lol...

I've read about them a lot. They tell you how to do them (not too difficult) and types of exercises to do. But they don't tell you what to expect, or how long it'll take to work.

Jogging? and the results?

Hi there. You are pretty motivated to do an hour of jogging a day! My friend was pretty big and he only does 1/2an hour every other day and I can see a difference. I have been doing a combination of jogging and walking for a while now and I haven't been doing it every day or anything. I would say, if you actually do jog everyday, you should probably take 2 days off. You will probably notice the beginning of results in a matter of 2 weeks. That's when it starts to become a drag so don't get discouraged. After the rough patch you will feel great!! Hope this helped. Crystal

How long does it take to see results when you start going to the gym for an hour daily?

This is from my personal experience, its almost been 8-9 months I started working out.Considering you workout for an hour daily and follow some of the diet tips (which are with respect to your requirements), because its tough to adapt totally new diet plan and take time to settle. This is what I observed,Week 1-2 will dip you in a muscular pain, where you wont be able to walk properly(after legs), once you get use to it and settle down with forms of exercise, your capacity will increase too after a month, which will need more energy and stamina, which will lead to drastic increase in your appetite, at this moment of time your body will be protein deficient which is extremely necessary for the recovery of sore muscles. Till three months, you will feel the bulking and muscle growth on your own and from other people too, but hereafter saturation starts(comparatively less muscle gaining than the previous three months or so). Your capacity of weight training will get stuck. Diet will be constant you wont be able to eat more. And then you will stop hearing the compliments from people. Yes, you got it. Time to work harder than before. Just follow the basic of workouts, sleep well, eat well, work hard.Good Luck!

How long before i see results in my butt from doing squats?

It depends on how big (and how strong) the muscles are right now, how much fat is laying over the top, how many squat you're doing, and whether you're doing them right.

It's possible to do squats and rely almost entirely on your quads and hamstrings to do the work, so you could see zero results. Make sure you're doing them right, and if your butt muscles aren't sore the next day, you probably did them wrong, did too few, or you're advanced past them being very helpful. Do them properly in front of a mirror until you do them right every time: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QKKZ9AGY...

If you're doing them right and still have no soreness from working the muscles, you can do other more intense exercises for glutes like hip thrusts with or without weights. If you are strong enough to do these without any soreness, do the exercise with dumbbell or barbell weights held across your hips until you *do* get soreness. That's the main indicator that the muscle is getting bigger. (how to hip thrust: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SEdqd1n0... )

To work the sides of the glutes and the upper glutes, all-fours leg lifts are ideal. Especially the "rainbow" shaped movement. You shouldn't need many to feel these! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bMK3jKJo...

If your butt is sore after each work out, you should see some progress in two or so weeks if your butt is fairly flat and doesn't have much padding. If you're fairly well padded, it will take a bit longer to "see" a bubble-butt, but in a month or so you should see a difference in the curve between the top of your thigh and butt (in profile), and your measurements might change a little.

If I do 50 sit-ups a day, how soon will I see results?

I've gotten pretty out of shape since I don't do gym class anymore and I'm not athletic so I don't do sports, and I was wondering, if I start doing 50 sit-ups daily (I've been doing that many for 4 days now) about how soon will I start to lose some stomach fat? I know there's not exact answer, but is there an estimate? Is 50 even enough to see results?

How long until I see results from treadmill?

A week is not long enough to determine anything. Your body is still adapting to the changes. Give yourself a month before you begin determining your progress. Some additional tips to help the process are follows:
1. Eat 5 to 6 small fist size meals daily every 2 hours starting with breakfast.
2. Eat lean proteins(fish, chicken, lean beef) and complex carbs (fruits, veggies and nuts). This will actually jump start your metabolism and speed up the weight loss process.
3. Sleep at least 8 hours.
4. Get started on a weight training regimen. The weights will actually target areas and speed the process.
