Hi, i would like to know how much weight can you lose if you don't eat for two weeks

Will I still lose weight if I exercise but eat unhealthy?

I try to get as much cardio per week as I can. Maybe around 3 times a week of zumba and a step class (all 1 hour) and I'm having trouble juggling a healthy diet and exercise so I don't really watch what I eat as much because I guess it's just hard for me... Will I still lose weight by doing this? or will I lose it but not as fast as with dieting? Also, I don't eat THAT bad. Thanks in advance :)

If you can keep your heart rate between 120-150 for at least half an hour at a time every day, you should start losing weight more rapidly.
