You can not throw every piece of this into an Aries sun, as there is much more to people than that. I am nothing like that. I am more independent and introvert, perhaps even reserved, with my emotions. I am not the one who walks up to a bunch of people and starts flirting with them, because I get all uptight about that sort of stuff - I do feel like a complete prat about it. I don't see how any of this boosts peoples confidence, but I think he just needs a bit of reality in his life. A 'typical' Aries, to me, is someone who lives in their own little world where they can do whatever they want by themselves. It can really upset these Aries when they are brought back to reality because they start realising where they are or start going through what they have or haven't achieved in their life - thus, bringing them down to Earth. I think you, and the other people, should stop paying for him to get into these clubs. Ask him, before he goes out, whether he has money to get in and, if he doesn't, either leave him behind or don't go at all. Oh man ... there are a lot of numbers in there. Look, your friend can't be forced into getting over his ex. That is his journey and he just needs to be heard. If it gets annoying to be around him because he is living in a fantasy world, I understand. But then take space away from him and only hang around him when you can be a source of support. Friends do need friend who will tell them when they are acting foolishly, but they need to hear it in a spirit of love not criticism. Your heart sounds like it is in the right place -- but it is still coming across as criticism. For someone going through a painful breakup -- there's only so much "negativity" they can take. You don't need to agree with what he's doing -- but if you can't get neutral about it after having said your piece/peace -- than take space for both of your own good. He is not ready to listen to logic -- so it doesn't matter how "right" you are and how "wrong" his ex is. The heart has its own time table and funny way of healing itself -- it's not your job to "fix him" not matter how well-intended. Let him be and send him love no matter what. If it's a true friendship, you guys will come back together in time. It's no one's fault.

Okay throwing it out there, my zodiac sign is not the most compatible with his but idc I still like him. My birthday was back in February and I went out of town to go bar hopping with friends. My Virgo guy friend invited his Aries friend who I thought was a real d*ck when I first met him. I leave home and four months later my Virgo friend tells me that he still keeps talking about me and wants to talk to me. So me being an Aquarius the Aries kinda hurt my feelings low key with his analytical ways and thinking he has me all figured out, so I took forever to reply just because I'm not the type of person to just hop straight in to things. last week we started texting each other (he mostly speaks about himself), I instantly now feel like he doesn't like me due to my aloofness but I like him and the last thing I want to do is bore him. I guess so yeah.But it depends on why you all broke up. How can I get my Gemini friend back?
My best friend is a Gemini, and I'm an Aries. We have an off and on relationship, meaning we can be friends for a long period of time, and then not talk to each other for even a longer period of time. Usually when we argue, they're very big arguments. Usually I'm always the one that has to apologize, because I guess she feels for her to apologize will lower her dignity, or that I'm the only one to blame for our arguments, even though she's always the reason why I get irritated with her. I do realize that I'm always the one that initiates the yelling/insults, but I give her plenty of warning signs that I do not tolerate some of the things she does that's going to cause me to blow up at her. I feel that sometimes she can be completely ignorant of my feelings and is only concerned on what makes her currently satisfied. Yesterday, two weeks after we had a big argument (over something childish she did), I texted her and asked her if it was really necessary for her to ignore me and not apologize to me for what she did, and said that we should apologize to each other and move on. She simply said something along the lines of "well, you were ignoring me, so whatever". What I find ridiculous about this, is that every time that I do something wrong, I'm willing to apologize and move on. In her mind, she feels that everything she does can be justified. She didn't even give me an apology back, and has made it clear she doesn't want to talk to me again for a very long time. This makes me so mad because this was something that was HER own fault. Apparently she's found a new friend now, leaving me behind like always. After doing research online, this is typical Gemini behavior, but I think it's absolutely stubborn and ridiculous of her. In fact, I'm not even sure if I want to befriend her again or get revenge. However, the only revenge I can think of is to find a new best friend and make my life appear better without her, in order to make her jealous and curiously interested. However, this is something I simply can not do. What can I possibly do? And what can I do in the future to prevent her from walking all over me? (Also, "moving on" is an option I really don't want, because when we don't fight, we're very good friends.)
