Will My Bf Get Reinstated

What is the chances of my bfs probation getting reinstated?

He really put himself in a bad place. Not keeping appointments with his probation officer is a violation of probation, so is possession of marijuana.

There is almost no chance at all of his getting probation again. Get him the best lawyer he can afford. Get him enrolled in an in patient treatment program for substance abuse (he will probably have to pay for this). That would give him the best chance of getting probation (and it probably will not work).

How long do you think my bf will get?

Since he got the charges when he was 17, and he's turning 18. He shouldn't get anything bad.

I know this because my boyfriend did lots of bad things and he might be going to jail too. The judge and workers keep saying how old he was when he got charged, and he was 18, so they said he was out of luck.

Which means that your man still might have a chance.

And plus it all depends on if this is his first offense. If it's his first offence he may either just get a slap on the wrist, or minor probation.

ps. If he does end up, which I doubt, it will be hard, very hard to have someone you love go to jail, but us girls just gotta cope with it! And he'll probably be streessed when he gets out, so you just got make sure you're ready towelcome him home!

Will my boyfriend get deported?

Your last sentence was untold for. In fact, I seriously considered not even responding to your question because of it. Being a low life or criminal has nothing to do with race at all. There are plenty of white rednecks in the U.S. and they are as good or as bad as those from other countries.

Now, back to your question: your boyfriend will need a valid passport from his country of citizenship in order to be able to board a plane. If he doesn't have one, he needs to get one from the closest consulate. Usually, they will issue him one without problems if he can prove that he is a citizen of said country.

Will my bf ever propose?

Honestly? Yes. I know how you feel... I am also in my mid-twenties and my boyfriend is 9 years older. I have somewhat of an upper hand to your situation. I have already learned from experience that living together before getting married is a mistake. As you say why buy the cow when the milk is free! I refuse to live with my guy - despite my love for him. Your boyfriend is comfortable as things stand... why on earth would he change it? Unfortunately... you need to think about what you really want. If you are not happy without a proposal, then you need to make that clear. You also need to be ready to follow through and back that up. Ultimately, you may lose what you have... but if what you have isn't exactly what you want - you will be better off for it. Otherwise, learn to live with it. Remember that only YOU are responsible for YOU. Don't listen to what others say (including me) listen to what is in your heart and mind. Good luck!
