Will My Eating Habits For Two Days Make Me Gain Fat Or Stunt My Ability To Gain Muscle

How does an 11 year old active boy get muscles, or stronger?

honestly, i know it's really lame, but tell someone (like an older friend or family member) who can stand up for you.

However, if you do want to get stronger (to defend yourself only, not to be able to beat him up) there is a lot you could do.

at 11 i wouldn't recommend weightlifting, however, muscle building and toning is still possible. Things like push ups (15-20 2-3 times a day) will really start to build your arms. Pull ups and chin ups will work you arms and back (5-10 twice a day). And honestly the most helpful thing you can do is to swim. do a few laps a day and add more and more. Swimming works every single muscle you need to build: back, arms, shoulders, abs, calves, thighs, quads, butt, PECS!!! if swimming isn't possible then running is a good alternative. the most important thing is repetition and adding more and more reps.

also as far as defending yourself, fighting is about 70% skill and only 30% size.

the most true quote in the world, "its not the size of the dog in the fights, it's the size of the fight in the dog"

things like hitting the boxing bag a lot or taking up martial arts will help a whole lot more than building muscle

Can i train my chest/bench press twice a week?

Twice a week is fairly low. If you are trying to seriously up your weight load, then you need to be doing it three times a week. If you're not healed on Friday from a Monday work, then you seriously need to add protein into your diet. Pick up some Muscle Milk, Whey Protein, or any other recovery agent and you should see some great results with that.

What if i only eat carrots and drink water?

DO NOT TELL ME ABOUT HEALTHY DIETS, I ALREADY KNOW ABOUT THAT. So i cant seem to lose weight, and it seems that after a month without food, you die or something. The thing is, i dont want to die.... so, if i drink only water and eat only carrots, will it given me the same results as starving but without dying??? I also have coffee in the morning, should i ditch the coffee too???

How can a 13 year old girl loose belly fat?

First of all, not eating makes things worse. Not eating slows your bodies metabolism down which makes you lose fat slower and also if your body thinks it is starving, it will store all the fat you do eat. So, you need to eat. You need to eat five to six small meals a day in fact.

Two, belly fat is caused by eating bad fats (saturated and trans fat) and also by stress. If you do not have stress or eat bad fats it will store a little bit on the hips making you curvy instead, so look at the nutrition facts on the side of the box and see how much fat there is, if there is trans fat, don't touch it, if there is saturated fat, eat it in moderation.

Three, if you want to lose belly fat, sit-ups are not the answer. At your weight, you will burn 46 calories if you do sit-ups for 10 minutes. There are 3500 calories in one pound of fat. You wanna lose weight? You eat lots of fruits and vegetables, lots of whole grains, lots of protein like nuts and lean meat. Stay away from cakes, cookies, and McDonalds. And you need to go run. Go outside get a bunch of friends together and play soccer or baseball or tag. Join a sports team. You need to get your lungs and heart moving and that will burn many more calories than sit-ups.

If you want more information, a great person to talk to is your doctor.

How do I lose weight and gain height simultaneously?

It wouldn't if you are "cutting" the right way: getting all the nutrients needed but not the extra calories you don't need. For example you need to let go of soda, white bread, added sugar, pastries, ice cream, chocolate, etc. Make sure you eat protein, carbs, and vegetables in every meal. Healthy fat is also important, but in small portions (Like avocado or nuts)The most important thing is that you take care of the portions you are eating, because many times that ia your biggest enemy. Also exercise. While what you eat is crucial, is always good to exercise and maybe you'll find it easier to move than to cut your meals. If your goal is to grow, stay away from lifting weights. Drink a lot of water. And if you have a craving, fullfill eat or it will destroy you later. Good luck
