Is my Intel HD 1696 MB Graphics card good enough for GTA IV? (Please answer!)?
Since GTA V is Coming out soon i'm thinking about playing GTA IV one last time. But, IDK if my graphics card is good enough for GTA IV. it's good enough to play games on Medium settings such as AC3, Deadpool, and Tomb raider. But even on the lowest settings, it can't play Saint's row the third. If my graphics card can play these other games great on medium settings, Can it play as well on high settings on GTA IV?
How to use AC3 Filter?
I have a bunch of AVI files that apparently have no sound, but I read online that using AC3 Filter may be helpful. The problem is that I have downloaded the filter, but have absolutely no idea how to use it. Can someone give me a step-by-step? I'd really appreciate it!

Highly Subjective and depending on the equipment you use for delivery. Difference in quality is more evident with higher quality speakers and headphones. Gain is different in these three codecs. Higher Bit-rates sound better on all these codecs with good headphones or speakers. Surround sound for speakers, I prefer Dolby Atmos to DTS_X. I mentioned headphones as I listen to a lot of surround tracks with Waves nx on my headphones ( true unbelievable virtual 7.1) test it out..

Your question asks “same amount of fare”, which is not possible.Alternatively, if you have bought your ticket from the reservation counter (manual) instead of using IRCTC e-ticket, then you can request the TTE in S5 to upgrade your ticket to AC3 tier (provided he is sure of getting you berth there, that is berth is available) by paying the extra fare and he will give you EFT (Excess fare ticket).
