Will Running On A Tredmill Thin Out My Thighs

Will jogging or running on a treadmill make your butt sag?? or your face?

nope, it gives hot chicks even hotter lady parts. ugly chicks should just stay away though.

Does running on the treadmill make your legs big?

On a treadmill if you run at a steady pace for longer times it will give you smaller looking legs than if you run with a sharp incline or fast short distances. Look at photos of professional runners, the marathon runners are thin and lean where sprinters have bulkier muscles

Will running make my legs bigger or thinner?

I have been in love with running for a lot of my life and it is something i do every other day at my house on my treadmill and i run about 3 to 6 miles everytime i do but i wanted to know if just running at a slower pace but for a long time will make my legs thinner? I'm trying to avoid the big, bulky, muscular runner legs. I just want slim non muscular looking legs. You know?

Can running on the treadmill make my legs slimmer or will it build muscle instead?

You won't just get slimmer legs by running on the treadmill, you'll get slimmer all over *.Running, if you've never done it before will build up some muscles initially. If you follow proper form, your calves will get a little bigger at first, along with your quads, hamstrings, and glutes, especially as you start off with medium intensity, shorter distances, with intervals of work and rest to get you used to the activity.Over time, you'll burn off a ton of fat* and build up your cardiovascular system, as well as improve your type I endurance muscles (which don't get huge unless you train them with resistance. In any case, I think you're looking at it the wrong way.You won't look like this: Unless you work like mad pounding the weights, and eat tons of protein. You don't accidentally get ripped. You won't wake up one morning thinking: "Where the hell did all these leg muscles come from?"Doing resistance training in coordination with cardiovascular exercise is the best way to slim down. The muscle you add won't be enough for anyone to confuse you with this guy: But it will help increase your metabolism and live a healthier life.Lifting weights and doing midrange to high intensity cardio helps improve joint mobility and bone density through old age. (in addition to all the other awesome benefits of being in shape, better memory, more energy, improved moods, etc). * provided you eat right. Can sit-ups help in making my thighs thin? Or will they just give them more muscle?

You probably won’t see a change in your thighs unless you do them quick enough to count as cardio. Sit-ups will help strengthen your core and only that. You’d be better off doing something like squats or squat jumps if you want to lose fat (body-weight is ok when you are just starting out). I’m saying this because they work the largest muscle in your body, and the more muscle you have the more your body will burn fat at rest. They will also burn a lot more calories than sit-ups and as long as you’re eating less than you burn you will lose weight. You could do a circuit if you don’t want to get bored, mix up a few exercises like squats, sit-ups, push-ups, lunges, burpees, sprints (I am assuming you do not have access to a gym). Anything that challenges you enough and has your heart rate up.Also, don't be afraid of gaining muscle, it will make you look thinner.(photo not mine) Look at the difference between the fat and muscle, they both weigh 5 pounds!

How can i make my inner thighs look thinner?

Start running!

You will need to run fast enough that you get tired and your legs are sore after 1 mile. Aim to run it in 8 minutes. This means you can either find access to a treadmill or measure a mile in your neighbourhood.

Next, start running the mile every day. The first month, you will only feel tired and your legs will burn. Rest a maximum of ONE day per week.

The second month, up your daily run to 2 miles, at the same speed you ran the mile.

At this point, your legs will start to shrink all around. The calfs, quadriceps, and shins will become more streamlines. Your inner thigh will also gain a lot of tendons but slim down in the process. If you do not eat too much, you will start losing weight.

Gradually work your way up to 3 miles, and after that decrease the amount of time it takes to run each mile.

The important thing is to remember that you will feel pain. The gains will only be noticeable in 2, maybe 3 months. Good luck

Is running on the treadmill for 15 mins daily and cycling for 5 mins enough to lose belly fat? What else should I do?

First thing you should know that there is no specific exercise to burn belly fat. When a body starts to gain fat, it is accumulated on belly first. So you need to burn whole body fat in order to loose belly fat.Secondly, if you just want to do cardio,  like running on treadmill and cycling, to loose belly fat then you should apply the following technique.HIIT- High Intensity Interval Training. For details clink this link:I'm starting a cardio workout. Will walking on a treadmill slim and tone my legs?

girl, i had the same problem! i am a dancer, but also an eataholic, sooo i had a pear shape and my legs scared me more than my stomach, and thats when i knew i had to do something! soo i started jogging on the treadmill every single day for 30 minutes, and saw a difference in about a week and a half. with the progress i changed my eating habits as well, and along with my dance classes it worked wonders! now only 2 months later i lost all the weight i needed to be on the thin side of average, and i feel great too. i still go on the treadmill as many times as i can, but keeping the eating habits i have gained helped to keep the weight off now. so yes! treadmills do help to some extent, but other exercise and better food altogether works magic girl!
