Solidworks requires a workstation graphics card with full OpenGL ICD. That means either the FirePro GL from AMD or the Quadro line from Nvidia.Geforce cards, while very capable for gaming do not include a full OpenGL driver implementation which means that SolidWorks Realview display effects will be turned off and the model will display simple Garoud shading. Will my graphics card work with the Asus P8H77-I (Mini ITX Mother Board)?
It will work, If your motherboard does not support GDDR5 then the memory of the gpu will run at whatever speed your motherboard is capable of. So yes it will work, but the memory speed will not be GDDR5, it will be GDDR3 or whatever your mobo is.

Not at all if you are going for hardcore gaming like Farcry series or GTA 5 or something similar.I started playing games on a single core single thread 2.10 GHz AMD sempron processor with just 1GB ram back in 2008. But all I could play is GTA Vice City or GTA San Andres with bit of lags while getting into the car.Anyways, on to the topic, you will need at least a Nvidia video card and an i5 if you want to get into some serious gaming.
