Yeah of course there going to make a sequel!!! It’s all about money… Remember that in Wolverine, Logan died and came back after a few minutes when he removed that little robot that was on his heart. Now in the beginning of Logan, they showed that Logan pushed the bullets out of his body after being shot even though he’s slowly being poisoned by Dr. Rice’s evil plan to kill off all the mutants with mixing some sort of gene therapy in the food and water. The Green stuff that Logan takes at the end is what’ll bring him back from the dead as he’s body’s ability to regenerate will slowly be amplified and perhaps even kill of the poison thats in his body. And its Magneto thats going to find Logan in the sequel and they’re going to take revenge on them all them evils… lol

Unlikely.Firstly, the first movie was 7 years ago.Secondly, it barely broke even, it cost $30million to produce, and only got $63million worldwide, the general rule of thumb is a movie needs to do double the production budget to be considered to have broken even.And theres also the key point that the original movie was about Hanna as a young girl assassin, which drove the entire movie. A sequel that focuses on her being quite a bit older wouldn’t work in the same way.

Will there be a sequel to Interstellar?

At the final moment of the film, where Cooper is off to see Brand, I initially thought it was possible for a continuation.  In retrospect, I love how it ended and would keep it at that.The film was a moneymaker and was successful in that respect with $621 million worldwide off of a $165 million budget, but at $166 million domestic, it wasn't the $274 million domestic take that Gravity had before it, which likely the studio was hoping for.    So financially, there's not much justification from a business perspective and I don't think there's enough from a story perspective.  That said, who would have thought that there could be a 2001: A Space Odyssey sequel?  Sure, there was a book in place, but...Interstellar may not have the clout of 2001: A Space Odyssey in many eyes, but fifteen or twenty years down the road, who knows?  Never say never... but it's highly doubtful.  Yet, again, if you would have asked the high profile critics that panned 2001: A Space Odyssey back in the day if they thought there would ever be a sequel to that film, they would have laughed in your face.  Yet we still had Peter Hyams' underrated 2010: The Year We Make Contact.  And Tron comes to mind as well.  A commercial and critical DUD if there ever was one.  But time and technology made it a cult hit, which lead to the underrated Tron: Legacy decades later... which was another film that, worldwide, was actually a moneymaker in the end.  Not a huge one, but an earner nonetheless.  So again, never say never.  Time will tell.  If there is some discovery a decade from now that hearkens back to some of the science of Interstellar, who knows?
