300 PD TEEN! LOSE 10 POUNDS IN 10 DAYS!!!!????? HELP!?

okay so im 13 and weight around 300 pounds {NOT LYING}. i made a mini goal for my self. i want to lose 10 pounds by January 10th. can anyone help me do that? can you make me a step by step plan/guide/diet that i can start tomorrow that is guaranteed to work. and that i will lose 10 pounds in 10 days?????? please! i NEED HELP!

Laxatives at the end will irritate your digestive tract and make it depend on it. Drink a glass of lukewarm water as soon as you get up, also a glass of prune juice helps. Eat some fresh fruits, apples help the colon , the bowels movement. Take a walk early morning ir go up and down the stairs. In a few words train your self your colon your system. Do not depend on laxatives not a good idea.

Will Alli help me lose 10 pounds if I am not overweight?

I have known overweight people (like my sister-in-law) that have taken Alli and have lost weight, but I have also known overweight people and people just looking to drop a few pounds that have taken Alli that have said it was a waste of money.

I also have two friends who are competitive bodybuilders, and according to them the last 10 pounds or so are the toughest to lose. They both recommend the same thing: Decreasing caloric intake (but don't cut more than 1,000 calories per day or go below 1,500 calories a day for a woman) and increasing the frequency of exercise -- don't exercise longer; exercise more often. For example, if you're doing 45 minutes a day three times a week, increase it slowly to four times a week, then five, then six. Be sure to give yourself one complete day of rest every week.

You also have to be careful about eating a low-fat diet because low-fat usually means increased carbohydrate intake, and that's the last thing you want to do if you're trying to lose flab. Healthy fats like avocadoes, eggs, fish, fish oil, flax seed, flax seed oil, nuts, and olive oil are good for you and may actually help your weight loss efforts. Increasing your protein intake may also help (just drink more water -- higher protein diets make your kidneys work a little harder). Your carbs should consist entirely of fresh fruits and vegetables and whole grain breads, cereals, and pasta.

Abdominal exercises don't burn very many calories, but they do tone up your midsection and can give it that "sucked in" look 24/7, so you may want to consider adding ab exercises that target all the major muscle groups (upper abs, lower abs, obliques, transverse abdominis, lumbar erectors).

i am over weight and i wont to lose weight but i wont to start slow...and i wont to lose the weight...and more but i know it will take more then a week...so i wont to lose a lot of weight by the time school starts!! Please help me!!!

you can go to fitness magazine.com they have foods and excercises great for the holidays. or you can eat catabollic foods walk briskly 4 miles 5-6 days a week and drink lots of water. if you are bored walk more or go running. here's a list of catabollic foods. also doe 30-60 mins of cardio.
