Will my Laptop run DayZ?
So I keep seeing this Mod for Arma II and before I go and spend $30 on it, I would like to know if I can run it on my laptop. Here are my system specs: CPU: AMD A6-3400M APU Quad Core clocked at a slow 1.40 GHz. It also has 4 Threads. RAM: 3.48 GB (It says 4.0 but only 3.48 are usable. Its stupid.) OS: Windows 7 Video Card: AMD Radeon HD 6520G with 2.0GB RAM, Hardware T&L capabilities, Pixel Shader verios 5.0, and Vertex Shader version 5.0. Where I run into problems I think is the Video Card. It isn't the best video card ever especially because this isnt a gaming laptop. I've played the Arma 2 free version off of steam and it runs alright I guess but I dont know if this give me the real graphics strain that playing DayZ would give me. I've run my computer on a website called CanIRunIt and I chose Operation Arrowhead and it says I pass. However, i pass just barely past the minimum. When I see if I pass the recommended specifications to play the only thing that fails is the Video Card. Anyway, please help me out. I really want to play but if it isnt going to be a barable experience then I would rather just save $30 and put it towards something college related. Thank you very much for the help! :))

It's an HP Pavilion with Intel core i3-4030U processor. 4GB RAM. 500GB hard drive. Intel HD Graphics 4400. It's windows 8.1 too. I'm aware that laptop aren't as strong as a gaming pc, but will it still run these games on minimum setting or higher?

I am wondering if my computer can handle Dayz (the one on Steam for $29.99). computer specs. Alianware m11x r2 (Laptop) -Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 CPU U 330 @ 1.20GHz -NVIDIA GeForce GT 335M (1gb dedicated memory) -Intel(R) HD Graphics -Memory 8.0 GB -Microsoft Windows 7 64-bit -Western Digital 750gb 7200 rpm I know that i can not upgrade because it is a Laptop, and there is not much room for upgrades. i was looking on (http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/) to see if my laptop could handle it, The report said that the CPU was a little slow and the graphics card was not supported. It says that all of the required stuff for the card are above the minimum requirements. The question is, Do you think my computer is capable of running Dayz, even on the lowest graphics settings to get at least 25-30 FPS? and will the game be able to start. Most other games that I play (Minecraft, Dota2, WarFrame, World of Tanks)i get around 25-40FPS, and im fine with that.(low-med. settings of course)

Minimum requirements suggests an i5 and a dedicated graphics card.Still, I think with lowest playable resolution and with minimum graphics settings, you may be able to run it. If the FPS is too low to be played, install some patched version instead. Most of the popular games have patched versions made for PCs with low end specs.
