What can i eat to gain weight (fast metabolism) ?

i'm not a nutritionist, but i do have a nutritionist that i go to once every two weeks who's working to get me to gain weight, so i think i might be able to help you.
wow, you've got a really fast metabolism, but be grateful for it! lots of people would kill to have a metabolism like that. anyway, here are my suggestions for healthy weight gain:
try eating denser foods (if you're only eating fruits and veggies, there isn't a lot of substance to them. fruits and veggies are good, but probably not the best for weight gain). some denser, healthy foods that might help you gain weight are nuts (any type - if you don't really like them, or would find it more appealing, you could make yourself a trail mix instead), granola (if you don't like it, try putting it with yogurt and banana in a parfait), protein bars and shakes (these contain a lot of nutrients and energy; some of them, like balance bars, contain a pretty good balance of nutrients) and peanut butter. also, bagels are surprisingly dense and will probably help you to gain some weight. try eating one with peanut butter and jelly for breakfast sometimes and maybe that will help you.
make sure you get all your nutrients and balance the types of foods you eat. i know you said you don't eat only junk, which is a good thing, but there are some things like cheesecake that are really only considered bad for you because they have high amounts of fat and would make most people gain a lot of weight, but that's what you want, and it isn't bad to treat yourself every now and then. theoretically, if you only had one of those little cheesecake slices for a week, you'd gain a pound, just adding those slices that week (one pound of body fat = 3500 calories for most people)
other than that, just try to eat a lot, i guess. hope i helped!

Good diet plan to gain weight?

You want to gain weight but gain it healthily :) Ignore everyone who says you should just eat cakes, crisps and chocolate.

Eat 5-6 times a day, two or three snacks and three meals.

Breakfast:
Anything with peanut butter! Peanut butter is great and nutritious but high calories. I love a bowl of porridge with two teaspoons of peanut butter in and a teaspoon of honey. Failing that, eat two bits of toast with peanut butter and some fruit! Drink a glass of milk with breakfast or a fruit smoothie.

Snack:
Dried fruit and nuts are high calories but the dried fruit counts towards your five a day and nuts have good fats and vitamins with make your hair glossy and skin healthy. Have a few handfuls here, mix it up. If you can manage it and if it's not too much food, also include a yogurt. Quite easy to eat so you shouldn't feel overwhelmed.

Lunch:
You should have some starchy carbohydrates here. You could have a cheese, fish or chicken sandwhich with butter or mayonaise. A piece of fruit and a packet of baked crisps or a chocolate bar may be good here. It is all about balance! Failing that, you could have a jacket potato with beans and cheese or tuna and a side of salad. Either way, make sure at lunch you are getting carbohydrates, dairy and some form of fruit and vegetables!

Snack:
For your second snack you may want to try raw fruit bars. They are very high calories but made from great, natural ingredients. A cereal bar also would be great. Protein shakes or slim fast shakes or meal replacement bars would help you to gain weight in a way that doesn't compromise your health.

Dinner:
Anything is good, make sure you eat a slightly larger portion. Pasta and chicken with salad, shepards pie with vegetables or meatballs and rice. Just make sure once again that your meals are balance.

Snack:
Right before bed you can make sure you gain some calories. Drink a milkshake or a glass of milk and have some rice cakes with peanut butter. This is the best time to put on weight because you don't burn it off and go straight to bed.

Good luck!

Will DIET COKE Make Me Gain Weight?

I'm already skinny so I don't wan to lose weight even though I exercise.

People keep telling me it's bad for your health and I know that but all I want to know is if it will make me fat? Even though I run and drink a lot of water as well.

Will eating one meal from McDonald's make me gain weight?

So I usually don't eat fast food that often, but today I thought one meal wouldn't hurt. Was I wrong? I had a fish sandwich and a medium fry. Everything thing else that I had yesterday was healthy though. For breakfast, I just had a salad and a banana and five oatmeal cookies (not big) with milk; for lunch, I had oatmeal and some grapes. Then I had McDonald's and a few hours later, baked tilapia over brown rice with a salad. Also, all I drink is water and I do work out.

Will eating an unhealthy meal one time make you gain weight?

Not enough that you'd notice. What is an unhealthy meal? One with excess calories? One with more sugar than anything else?Your body doesn't have a 24h diet schedule like you do. Every meal is processed at the speed it can handle. Sugar gets processed quickly and fats and proteins get processed less quickly.Having a meal high in simple sugar will make your blood sugar rise quickly and drop quickly. This energy, if not going into exertion straight away will be stored as fat in the liver and around your body.Having too many calories from any type of food will have a similar effect, but at what point in time is many calories too many calories? We use a 24hour system in our diet plans. And it tends to work quite well because it fits around our active schedule. After sleeping, we have empty stomachs and dehydration. If you haven't eaten in days, then you'll also have low blood sugar and dehydration.Throughout the day, just by standing up, you are burning calories - so you need to replace them. Knowing that it takes at least 6 hours and up to 4 days to digest food (depending on your food type and digestion ability), what you eat and when you eat it has a very large window. You can replace those calories already lost as you progress in the day, or you can have your daily recommended calorie intake in one sitting. It really doesn't change anything other than how you feel while stuffing your face in one go and how quickly you want to finish the meal.So yes and no. One high calorie meal will make you feel heavier because you've ingested that weight in food. But no, that one meal won't make you gain noticeable weight as body fat overnight. Over-eating in general and in excess sugar will make you put on weight over time.

Since nutella is fattening , Will it make me gain weight?

Well I suppose this is not a joke question but oh well. You CAN'T gain weight, EVEN if you want to, by eating something fattening just once in a while..WOW I mean are you even serious? If you went on eating everyday nutella, which is indeed fattening, you would end up with a pound or two. But doing it just today and never again till like next week is just OKAY! EVEN nutritionists suggest that you eat a chocolate or something on Sunday or whenever you want.Just don't do it everyday. And of course don't stop eating because you had nutella. It's just 300 calories. Go eat something.
