Will U Still Lose Weght If U Eat 1500 Calories Incuding Any Amount Of Fat

If I go from eating 500 calories to eating 1200 will I gain weight?

I want to be as compassionate as possible in this answer, because I’m aware that a person interested in the question as stated may have a problem with their relationship with food and body image. At 1200 calories, you will starve to death more slowly than at 500. A tiny adult female would squeak by at 1500–1700 Cal, with little to spare for walking around. A moderately sized (5′4 and 150lb) female with a typical, relatively sedentary lifestyle would maintain at about 2200 - 2400. If that seems like a huge number, please consider talking to a doctor about your feelings and lifestyle.

Hi , If I eat about 500 calories a day, how quik wil 'n lose weight, if any?

you wont lose weight. your body will go into starvation mode and all those calories will be stored as fat. you need at eat at least 1200 cals a day. 500 cals will drop your metabolism and cause bigger probs. get 1200 cals and so some cardio and lift some weights, youll lose weight i promise

Will eating under 1500 calories per day make me lose weight?

No, not unless you are talking dramatically under 1,500 and then you will just be so hungry you wont know what to do with yourself!

Trust me, I've been there (I pretty much am still there) trying to not eat to slim down but you know, it isnt worth it. You'll just be grumpy all the time.

You do need exercise and I know you dont want to hear that, just run around the house, put on a cd and dance like a maniac, run up and down the stairs or go for long walks! Cutting back on calories with some exercise should make a difference.

Please be sensible about it, I'm quite often not and its a stupid thing to put yourself through. it never lasts long enough and as soon as you start to eat you pile on the weight.

Maybe try meal replacement shakes.... tho I'd rather just have a small meal because the shakes fill you up for all of 10 minutes!

Good Luck losing weight, and only the weight you need to lose! None of this size 00 sh!t ok? Lol

Will I lose weight if I only eat 1000-1500 calories a day?

А low-calorie diet definitely induces weight loss, but lowering your calories too much саn actually hamper your results. Іn cases where extreme obesity causes medical complications, а 1,000-1500 calorie diet may be prescribed to initiate quick weight loss. But trying such а diet оn your own puts you at risk оf developing nutritional deficiencies, stalling your metabolism and losing valuable muscle mass. Reduce your calorie intake tо a healthy level for your body, аnd add exercise tо lose weight gradually.Fast Weight Loss Is UnsustainableAlthough it's recommended that you create a calorie deficit оf 500 tо 1,000 calories a day to lose 1 tо 2 pounds а week, this rate may bе too aggressive for some people. If achieving that rate requires extreme deprivation, it's unlikely you can stick to thе plan.Diets that dip below 1,200 calories per day аre extremely difficult tо adhere to for anу length of time, because essentially -- you're starving your body. You may lose weight quickly оn a 1,000-calorie diet, but the lost weight is mostly water and lean mass -- not fat. It's nearly impossible for you to get all the vitamins and minerals you need -- even at 1,200 calories per day -- especially if you're а woman of child-bearing age.  Download 3 weeks diet plan Now

If I eat 1500 calories a day and burn 2000 calories a day, will I lose weight?

Yes, in theory anyway. If you run a deficit of 500 calories a day, you will lose 1 pound a week.
Burning up 3500 calories a day while eatng only 1500 is brutal, but it can be done. Not recommended though. This ends up being a daily deficit of 2000 calories, or 14000 per week Equal to 4 pounds per week. Ouch.

Cut my calories but am not losing weight?

So i am eating 1500 calories a day. i keep track through a calorie tracker online so im pretty sure that it is 1500. Started this back september and since then have lost a total of 25 pounds, which i am happy about, but the last time I weighed myself, I only weighed two more pounds which means that in a month i have only lost two pounds to total 25....sooo i am not sure what is going on. for my body weight i know i would have to eat a lot more to maintain this weight so im just not sure why im not losing anymore

If I stay on my calorie limit and eat whatever I want, will I gain weight?

It is not only diet that contributes to our losing weight but a lot of factors. And there might be some reasons why you aren't losing that weight you had envisaged to loseAnd they maybe1. You take too much healthy foodNuts, avocados, whole-wheat paste, olive oil and dark chocolate are natural and healthy, but they are not low in calories. You also have to pay attention to how much you eat of the healthy food.2. You do not take breakfastBreakfast skipping seems like a good way to save calories, but your body is actually going to store fat because it thinks it is going to be starving.3. You eat straight and without thinkingEating while standing at the fridge or counter, you do not save time or energy, because it leads to thoughtless eating. You have to be aware of what you eat, because then you put less in your mouth.4. You do not sleep enoughMaking time for sports sessions can mean that you can not crawl into your bed until later.Yet it is important that you sleep well enough, because you need extra energy to keep up your sports routine. In addition, hormones that stimulate your appetite are caused by too little sleep.5. You do not eat enough vegetablesEating five to seven servings of fruit and vegetables is important for everyone, but dieters certainly benefit from it. Vegetables offer a wide variety of nutrients, with fewer calories. Varying is the message.6. You do not cut your foodCutting your food into small pieces may seem childish, but studies show that smaller portions are more satisfying. The result: you are satisfied with less.Hope it was helpfulTo know more visit 15 Reasons Why You Don't Lose That Weight Fast

Will I lose weight if I consume 1500 calories a day and walk 15km every day?

1500 calories is too much if you are planning to lose your weight. If I take on average, the body digests 300 calories a day and the rest what is left is either stored or is utilized if you have a lot of physical work. Now, 1.5K Cal. is OK if you would be a regular Runner but let me tell you something, Exercising does not lose weight. Now, what I would suggest you,Take just 2 meals a day, breakfast (the one with high intake) and lunch (the one with moderate intake)Stop eating 5 hours before you sleep.(Worked for me)Exclude eating chocolates during or after lunch. (its high fibre to digest then)Cut down your Food Intake to about 700Cal. (I did and lost about 3 kgs. in 2 weeks without crash-dieting)So, I hope you work hard.P.S.- 9 Kgs. in 3 months is a small target. Mine was 22 Kgs, in a year. And I achieved it by May itself. So trust me, 3 months is a whole good time to come back in shape.

Can I lose weight on a 1500 calorie a day diet, without exercise?

Yes, you can, and I have. I had two accidents in 9 months and lost the use of my left arm for months. I was ballooning in weight from lack of activity, but I fought back and lost the weight and more - all by diet. It ultimately depends on what you eat. I eat 1500 calories per day, have for two years now, and love it. But I follow these four rules:

1. No white carbs - no fruit, no bread, no dairy - just meat, legumes, and vegetables
2. Same or similar meals 4-5x per day comprised of 35% protein, 35% legume, and 30% vegetable
3. Drink no calories and exclude diet drinks (i.e., only water, coffee, and tea) - lots and lots of water
4. Take one day off (24 hours) every week (six days from whenever you start; I do Saturdays)

These four rules get you to around 1500 calories per day, six days per week.

The day off is not optional as your body will try to slow down its burn rate of calories and adjust if you go too long on too low of calories. I typically have 5000-6000 calories on my day off and gain little or no weight. If I do gain weight it is lost in a day or two. There is a limit to how much your body can process into fat in a 24 hour period. If it isn't processed into fat, it isn't stored but just goes through you.

The point of this diet is to keep your metabolic burn rate high and to facilitate fat loss. This is accomplished by eating every 4-5 hours and eating high amounts of protein. If you want an added boost, peppers are known to increase the metabolism a bit, too.

Fat loss is accomplished by refusing the body sugar and fat and supplying the body with water to breakdown its current fat stores. On this diet, I dropped nearly 20 lbs in two weeks and kept losing. What's more, I feel better than I ever had before. Highly recommended.
