Protecting oneself?

One of the best ways to protect yourself is to make sure your shield is in place. Go your quiet meditation (however you go about it). Then invision a shimmering globe of white light coming from your third eye and surrounding you, standing about 12 inches away from your body. This will allow you to direct your usual energy out but will repel the negative. Once you do not need it any longer be sure to release the energy back to the universe.

With practice this becomes automatic and your selfprotectiveness will put it in place any time there is percieved danger.

Blessings,
Zimmi

How can I screen capture a scrolling window in Safari in Mac OS? Mac OS X?

Since 10.6 there has been a Screen Recording function in Quicktime. (This ability is still in 10.13.x, doesn’t seem like it will be removed going forward after being around this long)Open Quicktime Player (Applications Folder) - from the File menu choose “New Screen Recording” (or keyboard shortcut of Option Command N)Press the Record button to start - it then gets out of the way to record what you want (a down arrow to the right of the record button has some options like an audio input source, and also the “Show Mouse Clicks in Recording” option which was off by default when I tested this)When finished press Command+Control+Escape to end the recording (or go to the Menubar and press the Stop Recording button there, but then that would likely have to be edited out of the video)Save (and name) the video created - can use iMovie or preferred editing app to make any cuts/changes/additions that are neededThere are limits to this built-in screen recording - the other answers mention several 3rd party programs that have more functions.

Windows 10 touchpad gestures(for laptops).Change login backgroundMake File Explorer open to This PC instead of Quick Access - Goto File explorer» File » Options. Change 'Open File Explorer to' This PC from list menu.Use Start Screen or Full-screen Start - Right click on desktop » Personalize » Start. Enable 'Use Start full screen'.Use 2/3/4 Apps at a Time - You can snap windows to each corner/edge of your display by dragging any window into one of the four corners/edges of your screen, then let go of your mouse button to snap it into a smaller window. Windows will automatically suggest the position for remaining windows.Use Virtual desktop - In Windows 10, you can create many desktops and run applications from each individually, so that each desktop shows only the applications running in that virtual desktop and thereby reduce the clutter in the taskbar. There you can add/remove desktops as well as move Windows between them.Set time delays in Snipping ToolWhile the Snipping Tool lets you capture screenshots, you now set time delay before capturing a screenshot in the Snipping Tool. Change the Default Search Engine in Edge - Bing is Edge's default search engine, but it doesn't have to be. Navigate to another, and if it's supported, you'll see option to add it to Edge. Use the inbuilt screen recorder - The Xbox has a screen recording feature to record game videos. Launch a game and press Windows + G to bring up the recording menu. Alternatively, you can press Windows + Alt + R to start/stop recording directly. Remove OneDrive - If you don't use it and find its explorer integration creepy.Disable lock screen wallpaper: Press Windows+R key to launch the Run dialog » type "gpedit.msc" » Enter » Computer Configuration » Administrative Template » Control Panel » click the Personalization to select it. Next, double-click the entry in the right pane of this window that says "Do not display the lock screen." and set it to 'Enabled' » OK.P.S : I'll add more soon.
