With So Many People Here Up In Arms About Obamas Executive Orders Can Anyone Tell Me By Number And

If Obama signed the Executive Order 11110. It could save the dollar and our economy?

EO 11110 is actually still in effect, I believe. Obama wouldn't have to sign anything. He could simply instruct Geithner to have the Treasury start printing JFK's silver-backed United States Notes. Of course, he would never do that anyways, as he was clearly installed by the banksters themselves! And Geithner (prior to his nomination as Treasury Sec.) was the President of the NY branch of the Federal Reserve -- a privately owned company that could be put out of business if the US Note became the primary currency.

It is strange that there is technically no "legal" framework for our monetary system.

The only thing stopping people from introducing competing currencies, or refusing to pay the "federal" income tax, is the intimidation, coercion, and mafia-esque strong-arm tactics of the IRS and the internationalist bankers that own the federal government.

They don't really have the law on their side, but good luck telling them that! Especially when they have a gun to your head, and they own your entire financial life.

Good quotes though. It's nice to see this info finally getting around.

But please, don't count on Obama to fix this. He's a corporate invention. A brand identity. Nothing more. Even after only a month in office... I have no doubts about who he works for. Just look at his nominations, or the contents of his precious "stimulus" bill. It's like torpedoing an already sinking ship.

Is the USA now a Police State because of Obama's Executive Orders?

The National Defense Resources Preparedness Executive Order exploits the “authority” granted to the President in the Defense Production Act of 1950 in order to assert that virtually every means of human survival is now available for confiscation and control by the President via his and his Secretaries’ whim.

The unconstitutionality of the overwhelming majority of Executive Orders is well established, as well as the illegality of denying citizens their basic Constitutional and human rights, even in the event of a legitimate national emergency. Likewise, it should also be pointed out that, like Obama’s recent Libyan adventure and the foregone conclusion of a Syrian intervention, there is no mention of Congress beyond a minor role of keeping the allegedly co-equal branch of government informed on contextually meaningless developments.

As was mentioned above, the scope of the EO is virtually all-encompassing. For instance, in “Section 201 – Priorities and Allocations Authorities,” the EO explains that the authority for the actions described in the opening paragraph rests with the President but is now delegated to the various Secretaries of the U.S. Federal Government. The list of delegations and the responsibility of the Secretaries as provided in this section are as follows:

Why don't we see more Libertarians up in arms about Trump's current administration considering its non-stop attacks on our liberties/civil rights?

I think a few reasons:This is us upset. Just about how we felt last year.Hilary’s non-stop attacks on our liberties were just as terrifying to us.Libertarians have already endured eight years of Obama’s non-stop attacks on our liberties, after enduring eight years of Bush’s non-stop attacks on our liberties, after enduring eight years of Clinton’s non-stop attacks on our … So, welcome, rookies, to the NFL.We’re hoping (against hope?) that Trump reverses a subset of prior attacks on our liberties. We have to pace ourselves — past Trump and then, past whichever authoritarian you guys elect next who will trample on our next set of liberties — if we’re going to live long enough to enjoy the world when you guys finally realize that we don’t need no stinkin’ ruler telling us all how to live our lives!Included by reference: My answers toDo libertarians share more views with Donald Trump or with Hillary Clinton? Are there any positives about Trump being elected? How do you plan to “celebrate” Trump's inauguration?Do Libertarians regret voting for Johnson now that Trump won? What do libertarians think about Trump's immigration ban?Are we “unpatriotic” if we do not agree with Trump’s wars? How has Donald Trump improved the well-being of the USA?→ Essays on by Dennis→ Return to the

Was President Obama ever known to have read the US Constitution?

While I highly suspect you are asking for no other reason than to troll, I will still give you an answer. My nephew is an attorney, as are several of my friends. While they attended a variety of law schools, they were all required to take courses in Constitutional Law, and all of them were, in the course of their studies, required to read the entirety of the Constitution and all its Amendments. As far as I know, since the Constitution is the foundation of our system of government and laws, there is no law school in the United States that does not require in-depth study of the Constitution as a requirement for graduation. Study of the Constitution is required whether that’s the area of law a student intends to focus on in their career or not. While I cannot say if there are actual photographs of President Obama reading the Constitution of the United States of America, the simple fact that he taught Constitutional Law at the University of Chicago Law School, and was offered a permanent position on the permanent faculty tenure-track, which he declined to accept, I would say the answer to your question is a definite yes. There are many areas of study in American law. Students can choose to focus on any of them—torts, criminal law, Constitutional law, etc. The specific area of Constitutional Law is a specialized area, just like any other. People who are qualified to teach it must, of necessity, use it as one of their primary texts. So yes, President Obama has to have read it, too.Your question reminds me an awful lot of asking if a person with a Doctorate in Theology from any university in the Western world, not just the United States, has read the Bible. It’s pretty much a no-brainer that the answer is yes.I suspect you knew the answer well before you asked it, and asked it only to provoke and perhaps cause a disagreement. Accordingly, I would like to remind you that doing so accomplishes very little other than reducing the level of discourse on Quora.Good day to you.

Did Obama commit Treason?

the Presidential oath of office solemnly affirms or swears that the President shall defend the United States from all enemies, domestic and foreign.

The summary of the Benghazi attack on sovereign US territory as we know it today: [source front page of the Investor's Business Daily for Monday, Oct 29th]

overhead drone provided 50 minutes of real time video of the attack, which was piped into the White House situation room

multiple real time emails were sent in the same situation room, detailing the attack by 20 armed men and the weapons they were using.

the two CIA operatives in the CIA safe house nearby were ordered to "stand down" twice -- which they courageously and at eventual cost of their own lives refused to do.

Ansar al-Qaida claimed responsibility while the attach was underway and asked for assistance from any like minded men in the area. [no idea what response they got]

The fire fight lasted seven hours in all. US forces nearby included F-15s, which could have been overhead within an hour, Special Forces troops who could have been there within three hours, and AC-130 gunships and attack helicopters which could have been there within two hours. Two Navy ships in the Mediterranean also apparently had helicopters within range and Marines on board.

Joe Biden, despite the 5pm situation room briefing, says "Nobody Told Us" -- a flat out lie if there ever was one.

The President apparently went to rest before his trip to Vegas to raise campaign funds. Timing not reported, but it either was before our people died or after they were dead. What did he do? went campaigning.

This craven, cowardly refusal to defend the persons and lands of the United States [the consulate is legally US territory] and to DENY others permission to do the same, in defiance of his oath of office, sure sounds to me like Treason.

Lets have the House of Representatives impeach this fool -- in special session if that's what it takes -- so that he can be indicted and tried for Treason.

and if the Senate refuses to hear the Impeachment -- let us beat the Democrats and Harry Reid over the head with this until it is plain to all Americans that the Democrats are the party of surrender.

am I hot? you betcha!

In your opinion, if the evidence cited above is the truth -- is this Treason by Obama and cause for his removal from office?
