How do I install a rear bike rack on women's Specialized Globe Carmel?
My friend has a women's Specialized Globe Carmel 3 700c. She just bought a rear rack and can't figure out how to install it. I forgot the brand, but it's a pretty standard rack design. I already have p-clamps, but that doesn't help, because the problem is that the bike frame is not in the right location. Meaning, the sliding bracket of the rack doesn't reach the frame.
