Can someone please help me with a history question my school starts in an hour?

Boy you had time you your hands Kalela.

I would say families would be most important because back then women served two purposes: to bear and raise those children, and teach morality to the next generation. They truly devoted themselves to their family and were not really focused on issues of politics or economics.. And as they were their husband's property, the husband would do all the thinking for the family. I guess if they were separated the woman wouldn't be able to think of anything else but her family and she was devoted to them.

Is it true that the women's rights movement was in part to have the ability to tax the entire population, instead of only half?

The women's suffrage movement in the US was NOT started by men. It took nearly 100 years to accomplish and was mostly hampered by religion. Women were supposed to be obedient and submissive. The first European country to let women vote and hold office was Finland. It took longer in the US. In the nineteenth century there was a question as to whether women had the stamina to work for a whole day in an office. Education for women was desired by women, not initiated by men. Even up to the 1960's when women played basketball they weren't allowed to run the full court because it was thought to be too much for them.  Many men still have a stake in keeping women at home "barefoot and pregnant." Children do not learn core values at school. The breakdown of the American family is due to the increased freedom of both spouses to leave a bad marriage plus the increased probability of being lured away due to contact with more people and weakened religious admonitions against that.

History help? Pretty please :)?

Apparently you don't like reading. I suggest you look up everything in online encyclopedias.
I will say this about Timothy Leary. As a psychologist he was interested in finding ways to break down the defenses of criminals and alcoholics so that they could become receptive to therapy. He used LSD on volunteers. His reports generated a lot of interest, but he made the classic mistake of becoming involved in his own experiment. After that he was discredited in the scientific community and when hysterics made LSD illegal Timothy Leary advocated its use to experience the Divine.
The wonderful film "Across the Universe" deals extensively with the counterculture, as do any of the versions of "Hair." Listen to "Hair" on You Tube.
