Hard to say on the sale price. Depends allot on where you want to try to sell them. As for the morphs, all of the babies from the bell x SHTCT would bet het for bell albino, assuming the female SHTCT isn't het. the super hypo, tangerine, and carrot tail traits are all line bred, so depending on what the bell looks like underneath the albino will determine exactly what all the babies will look like. You could get hypos, super hypos, tangs, carrot tails, normals, combinations, or leser versiobns of any of these. If breed the het babies to a bell albino, 1/2 of the babies will be bells, and 1/2 will be hets. The three different strains of albino (tremper, rainwater, and bell), are not compatible, so if the female was het for tremper or rainwater, you would not see any difference visually.
I am working alone on a project. What should I do if I feel stuck at some point?
Being alone on a project can be challenging as you now also face. Having been here quite often, I can think of some of the things I did when I needed some help. If you work for a large organization then try talking to seniors on other projects. I found that office days on Fridays were of great help as I could then talk to colleagues about the project. Another thing that can help is to talk to your project sponsor or even other project leaders. Third is to use the Internet/social media. Social media, like quora, can help you find what you are looking for. It can still feel isolated but at least you have some guidance on what to do. If none of these work, then make an effort of getting the project finish asap so you can move on to another one with more peers or seniors around.

If you are working in laptop/desktop support helping common citizens then it is an area of shallow tech skills. If you are CCIE, RHCE, MCSE, etc (at least have the knowledge if not certified) which require strong analytical skills, then you are specialized IT professional.So stop being confused, don’t worry about others & deepen your skills. If you want to work in Java, then ask your supervisor to release you from your current allocation. Then you can go to RMG(resource management group) and let them know your concern. RMG guys are really sober and helpful to employees. They will find a project which suits your skill set as well as your future aspirations. This is the formal process.Truth is far far away.Your supervisor invested in you time and energy, so he will try to reap the benefits out of it. Now that you have been working for 2 years, you are much better than a new guy who doesn't have any knowledge about your project. If they release you, they will again have to train someone else from the ground up. Depending on the budget of project, that can be costly. Client may not agree. So every supervisor is reluctant to let his/her teammates go. This is the real story of every team in every company. Asking for release to your supervisor is like asking for extra money to client because everything boils down to how much cost that will incur.If you want a release badly, then ask your supervisor. If he/she is sympathetic enough and has an emotional connect with you, s/he will release you. But expect a bad appraisal rating or band. You should not complain also. Managers are there to manage a project well and if you are not going to serve their purpose, then no need to give you a good band or rating and empty a substantial amount of budget on you.It feels bad personally, but that is how profit making organizations work. So be prepared for end results, whatever it may be. You may get into a Java project after that and who knows you may also get an onsite opportunity along with it. All the best.
I am working in Wipro, recently I am working in support project in which there is no learning. I want to get out of this, what should I do?
It generally happens with most of the support projects. I have a few friends working in the support projects and they also complain the same. If there is no learning then it's of no use. You should talk to your manager mentioning the same. If he can't give you a proper solution to this problem, then search for a different project and ask for release. Getting release is difficult if you are not experienced enough. But if the manager of the new project pushes then you can get release of the current project.Lastly, if you can't get release and you are forced to work in the current project, then start learning on your own, build your competency and start searching outside. There is no point of staying in such kind of project where there is no learning. All the best!
I have an astronomy/math question. I'm working on a math project and i need help making an appropriate scale.
If mercury is 3000 miles in diameter and 36million miles from the sun. Venus is 7600 miles big and 67million miles from the sun. Earth is 8000 and 93million. Mars is 4200 and 141million. Jupiter is 89000 and 483million. Saturn is 75000 and 881million. Uranus is 33000 and 1.785billion. And Neptune is 31000 and 2.795billion. What's a good scale model to have this go by so that my model of the solar system could fit into the average classroom? I tried 1000 miles equals one inch. That would make mercury 3 inches in diameter which is good, but it would be 3000 feet from the sun, which is impractical. Also, could you tell me how big and how far from the sun each planet would be.
