i`m a thinker and i always think about People not only about me ... Me ... and i know who i am ... and ... i`ll be who i`m ... we need to think about people ... Should we be worried about the future?
Past, present or future is just a matter of perception. I believe one should live in the present.Because if you live in the present and make it good. That moment will become your past, which will also be good, because you made it good.And if you make your present good ,then in future, you will be prepared and make your future good, because you won't worry about your past.
I can't stop worrying about the future?
I can't stop..please help. ..I think I might have anxiety disorder, but I dont want to drink any medicine..I know I can control it.. I guess I need some word of wisdom.. How can I stop this bad habit of worrying? Any good word of wisdom?
