So I want to lose 33 pounds (15kg) by the end of this year I hope. I'm starting by september. I play tennis mostly twice a week for 2 hours. I plan to skip so how much do you think I should skip everyday if that's the only exercise I want to do besides tennis? Honestly I'm pretty good at skipping I can skip 500 in a row not bragging or anything but like could you guys please help if you know? And like I usually skip lunch and eat apples though my friend always makes me go macs with her which I dread cause I can't say no she'll just keep pestering me. And dinners compulsory so no eat getting out and I can't ask for any paticular kind of food cause my parents are like the strict type and I don't want to start anything. Breakfast's compulsory too and usually its two loafs of bread with somixething like jam or cheese or hot dog. Or sometimes its fruit cakes. Ugh. How am I supposed to lose weight like this?
