Would Anyone Have An Idea As To Why The Windows Phone 7 Os Did Not Have On-device Encryption

If everyone I know loves their Windows phone, then why doesn't anyone else buy it?

I personally think it comes down to this, there are people buying and recommending Windows Phone, but it really comes down to the carriers and their sales people to push and sale the devices. People can love their phones all they want but if the populace is not aware of Windows Phone, then how exactly would they know to buy it? Windows Phones are competing with iOS and Android, two phones operating systems that historically have gotten pushed far more than Windows Phones have. When a customer who doesn't care which phone or operating system they end up with and goes into a their local carrier/Bestbuy store, they mostly either get told to buy an iPhone or the newest high end Android phone. So when the sales people aren't even trying to sale your phone, or are trying to convince people to pick another os over yours, how exactly are you supposed to sale them outside promoting them with advertisements? The only Windows Phone OEM who has been trying to change this has been Nokia since their introduction of their Lumia 900. Whether this will make a difference in the long run remains to be seen. As for the advertisements, Microsoft has historically put out some horrible advertisements for WP but as of late has seem to turn this around in different ways, like their Smoked by Windows Phone campaign. Also some think (and I tend to agree) that the name Windows in Windows Phone was a horrible choice for the name of their new OS. People tend to think of Windows as uncool, or buggy, or things like that, and that isnt the first thing you want to pop in a potential customers head when they hear of your new struggling OS. They could of named it something like Metro Phone and kept it from being associated with the negativity that comes with the brand Windows. At the end of the day of course its not just up to the carriers to get the word out, about Windows Phone, hopefully with the launch of Windows 8 and the Microsoft Surface more and more people will find out how awesome of an phone and tablet OS Windows Phone is. I like my Windows Phone, the Samsung Focus, been rocking this baby for a year now and its still going strong :)

Is it possible to install an iPhone iOS on an Android phone?

iPhones and Android phones do not have the same architecture.Yes, iPhones use ARM-derived processors. However, they do not use ARM processors; the processors are custom-designed by Apple with significant modifications from “stock” ARM designs, including customized instruction sets. Software written for an Apple A-series processor will not run on a stock ARM processor.More importantly, the Apple processor includes the Secure Enclave, a special, encrypted portion of the processor with its own encrypted memory, in which is a set of Apple keys that are used to validate the firmware and decrypt it.I’ve noticed several links in answers to this question that claim to lead to places that you can download iOS for Android. Most of these are emulators, and will run very old iOS versions in emulation, agonizingly slowly and with lots of bugs. At least one answer, which I have reported, actually led to a malware site that advertised an iOS on Android program but was actually malware. But the answer to your question is no. You can not run iOS natively on Android, because Android phones do not use the same processors as iPhones.

How to move the connected wireless devices to blacklist?

I update My WIFI Router to latest release, it says there is blacklist, so I can block my neighbor from accessing my network. But why it couldn't work. Btw, I'm using a windows XP, is that the problem?

How do i manually remove connected devices from my wifi?

you can block their MAC address in the router or you can set the router to only allow selected MAC numbers nothing else (other that the allowed MAC adresses) can log on to the router even if they have the wifi password or you can change the wifi password

Are Android phones safe?

Yes and NO! Both answers are possible for this questions. If you have newest operating system in your Android (AKA - Marshmallow) It will be alright to say that yes, it is bit safe. But not as safe as Apple devices. There lot of factors that make Android phones less safe and secure unless you take due care.I will point out some items below (that are related to Android not being safe).Open source, open market. (You can upload any apps, not testing done by Google people, upload even virus) So its not safe market place like Apple. No application review system. (Thus any apps can be uploaded on store)No device level security, as Android is open source, you can do modifications to Android phones, can easily break there system, hack them.No device level encryption. You can make app to send data from Android!Browsers are also open source, in way, it store your essential data on phone and is readable as well by other apps/methods.Probably, its good to use Android if you don’t do followingAccess banking apps or financial data over Android phones using apps or browser.Using your social media for only public usage, if private, data is compromised.Do not store vital information on phone. Or use apps that has private data. Its better you use Browser instead and clear its cache once done.Do not connect your device with other device.Try searching on Quora on how to hack whatsapp data, chats, download files, videos, and even stack overflow, you will get options for it in Android rather than Apple phone.PS: I have used Android, also using it, but also have Windows phone. Do not use Apple phone. But being in Software development company I am aware on all this.If you know recent case going in USA, about FBI not able to break in Apple iPhone of a Criminal! It’s insane that such level of cryptography is applied in iPhone and that’s why its premium.

Can I install iOS or Android on a Nokia Lumia?

iOS, definitely not. Android, well, maybe. You have to understand all the different architectures and features of the different platforms of a mobile OS. Windows phone is RT meaning “runtime” or Windows for ARM. ARM (Advanced RISC (Reduced Instruction Set Computing) Machine) is the bog-standard CPU architecture found in almost every phone. However, the catch is, that it differs greatly from manufacturer to manufacturer.Let's talk about iOS. Apple is very well known for developing their software in proprietary code/filesystems and encrypted formats. They do this to protect their assets and ideas from reproduction. This is the part that makes it virtually impossible for iOS to be ported to another architecture. Unless someone can find a way to get the encryption keys from Apple and the source code for the iPhone architecture and iOS kernel, nothing can be done to develop iOS for another device. Apple strictly designs it for Apple devices and Apple devices only.Let's now talk about Android. Android is a whole different world than iOS. Unlike iOS, the kernel, sources, libraries and such are freely make available to the public under GPL by Google. This makes it possible for developers to modify the OS and redistribute it under a different name ,e.g. CyanogenMod or Resurrection remix. We call these ROMs, because of the way Android is normally stored on a read-only filesystem, (rooting makes it rewritable). Now it is possible to get Android running on a Windows phone, but it is rather tricky. Windows phones are running the NT kernel (the same kernel used by desktop Windows), however it uses a special UEFI bootloader to enable it to boot from ARM. Nokia Lumia phones essentially use the same CPU architecture as an Android phone would, however the software placed by Microsoft makes it tricky to rewrite the bootloader. People have found ways to bypass this and rewrite an Android system and bootloader using exploitation of the software Microsoft used. That's why I'm saying it is possible. Developers just haven't been focusing on Lumia phones as much as Android phones. Here's one instance where CyanogenMod 13 is running on the Lumia 525:www.xda-developers.com/microsoft-lumia-525-hacked-to-run-android-6-0-1-with-cyanogenmod-13

How can you protect your smartphone from being hacked?

Absolutely yes. If you just need to feel better, get everything that might makes you more sad or depressed AWAY, and everyone who puts your issues on the spot as well! listening to sad music, talking to the wrong people about what makes you feel really sad, going to places that are related to bad memories, all of that can make your depression worse. Talk it out man! Write down everything. Whatever are your feelings ACCEPT them, see and understand what is their purpose and why do you feel this way! find a way out of it. Help yourself. Talk to new, fresh people. Go to new places. Try new clothes with new colours. Discover yourself again. Put your hand on heart, feel that heartbeat, and be grateful for it. Believe me if you give up to depression it will eat your soul. Whatever your age, you have a great life, you just can't see that well. And it's just a decision, remember that. You're the one who decides whether to be sad and let depression mess with you or to change something and get your life in a good, bright direction. What are you trying to clone.Cloning a lot of plants is very easy, you can take a cutting, place it in some compost an the cutting will develop roots. you now have two genetically identical plants. With some plants like most berries or vines it is even easier, just peg a part of the plant onto the ground and it will develop roots. Once it is rooted you can simply cut the vine connecting the new plant to the old. With mammals things are more difficult, you need some basic lab equipment. Basically you have to remove the nucleus (all the genetic material) from an egg cell and replace it with a cell nucleus taken from the animal you wish to clone, fuse the two together with a electric shock and then implant the clone embryo into the womb of a female animal so that it can develop to maturity. If you are trying to clone a hard disk, use a linux boot disk and a program called gparted.
