What makes France socialist and America capitalist?
I don't see any clear cut lines between first world countries. They all have both capitalist and socialist principles at work. America for example has public education for the masses, state owned and controlled universities, student grants, subsidized loans, job training, GI Bills, Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, temporary food stamps, public housing, public transportation, state run military, 40 hour work weeks, overtime pay, minimum wage, work place safety laws, workman's compensation, environmental regulation, laws against corporate fraud, force banks to insure with the federal government, manipulate interest rates to control inflation, etc, etc, etc. France, on the other hand, has a stock market, private property, corporations, and spoiled brats.
How do you think veterans have been treated under a Republican administration?

Is Ocasio-Cortez the new face of the Democratic Party? Does she represent your beliefs?
I don’t think so.I personally think that the best way to appeal to the greatest number of people is to go for the center. And I don’t think she or Bernie Sanders represent the center.Right now, the Democrats are in a pretty strong position. They could squander that if they go too far to the left. Right now, they see Ocasio-Cortez as a way to appeal to younger, more liberal voters, because those are the people they think they lost by not going with Bernie. Why do people pick on President Trump? He is doing what he said he would do, and he is doing a great job at it.
Has he locked up Hillary?Did he repeal Obamacare Day One?Did he build a Mexican Wall and have them pay for it?Has he shown his income taxes as he promised on TV several times?Has he strengthened Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security?Has he introduced a health plan that’s better than Obamacare?Has he cut government spending?Has he reduced the deficit?Has he avoided the golf course and vacations, contra Obama, and just worked, worked, worked from the White House?Has he not, instead, made the USA a laughingstock of the world, sidled up to Russia, our sworn enemy, played Russian Nuclear Roulette with North Korea, and brought out or helped legitimatize the KKK, Alt-Right, neo-Nazis, and racists? Has he not further divided our country? Has he not lied over six (6) times daily? Has he not irrationally introduced international tariffs thus in effect taxing us? Has he not taken us out of the Paris Agreement, a necessary agreement to save our planet from ecological disaster?His failures and negatives are off the charts. We shot ourselves in both feet electing a terrible man and a terrible president.
