Is pre-ordering a good idea?
Yes and no. There are some advantages and disadvantages for preordering. The advantages are: 1. You're guaranteed to get the game at launch. 2. You get preorder bonus items. In gta v, you get the atomic blimp. Some preorder bonus are worth it's weight in gold, like the nuketown 2045 map or the weapon skins from halo 4. Disadvantages: 1. If you preorder online from best buy, best buy will do what's called a holding on your bank account if you use a debit card. Every few days, it makes a charge on your debit so the bank considers the money to be withdrawn. If you're low on money, you could get an overcharge. 2. If you have the patience, you can get the game significantly lower a few months lower. Far cry 3 was 20 last week. If you preorder, you paid 60 for the game. If you really want to play the game when it comes out, then preorder. If the digital bonus is really good, preorder.
What Should I Pre-Order GTA V or Call of Duty:Ghosts?

Personal opinion: No, absolutely not - unless they offer a significant incentive.Given more and more games are digital now, supply shortage is not really a problem. Also, as it’s from a big publisher, they don’t need pre-orders to fund completing development.Wait for it to be close to coming out, check the reviews and make sure you have a lot of free time before buying on release…
Should I pre-order Destiny or Saints row 4?
Why not both??? I see you want both games. You do know Destony won't be on 360 and PS3. and Saints Row 4 wont be on Xbox One and PS4 First of all Destiny doesn't come out till next year so don't bother pre ordering it until it gets closer. Also Destiny is only being on PS4 and Xbox One. Second, Saints Row 4 would be the logical choice to pre order right away since it releases on August 20th. You should know though that it os only being released for the Xbox 360 and the PS3, NOT Xbox One and PS4.
I ordered GTA V from Flipkart for PC. Now the game has released worldwide and they seem to have no idea when they can deliver. Should I cancel and order on Steam, even though I won't get the preorder bonus?

Guys, what do you prefer GTA 5 or NBA 2K14?
You're kidding, right? The next GTA game that people have been waiting years for, with an actual story and gameplay value that you can get years of enjoyment out of (people are still playing (and enjoying) GTA IV, five years after its release) versus the new year's updated NBA rosters which will be succeeded by 2k15 after a year and that you can only play basketball on (as opposed to GTA's plethora of activities)? Not that I'm against sports games, as I do love my baseball, but seriously, this is a no-brainer.
How to make good money GTA 5 online?
I'm hardly making any money in gta 5 online. robbing stores and doing jobs only gets you so much. People make so much money, and I only have like 20k. I really want to get a great personal vehicle; like the Cheetah or something. Idk. And money is just SO hard to get for me. Should I just buy a card?

Yes, just go in there and let them know what you pre-ordered and tell them what you want to upgrade it to. You won't have to put any extra down either. Any version of a game, whether it is the regular version, special edition, collector's edition, limited edition, etc. still counts as a game and just needs you to put $5 down. The $5 you already put down to pre-order originally will just transfer over to it.
Is pre-ordering GTA Five Special Edition worth it?
Theres 3 editions. The Standard Edition which is $60 (plus if you pre order you get the Blimp at Gamestop) The Special Edition which is $79.99 (Comes with most of the digital content. additional weapons, steelbook case with artwork, a blueprint map, a special ability boost, stunt plane trials, Bonus outfits, tattoos and more. AND when preordered from Gamestop you get the Blimp) The Collectors Edition is $149.99 (comes with everything in the special edition, but has a few more things. A little security bag, a GTA 5 hat, Custom characters for playing online multiplayer, and a unique vehicle and garage property.) The custom character thing means you can play as characters from the GTA series BUT its only for the multiplayer. Idk which characters they would be. The unique vehicle will have a 1930's hotrod and you get a garage. This is for singleplayer of course. For multiplayer though you also get a unique car. Its a khalmelion electric car. I personally didn't find the collectors edition worth the money at all. I have no purpose for a hat and a little baggy. The 2 extra digital items i like but are noth worth 150 dollars. The special edition seemed really nice though. It has some things I will like and its only 20 dollars more. Im getting the Special Edition for 79.99. Its not a bad price.
Does the cost of a game change from its pre-order value after it has been released?
I don't mean to advertise but there are certain sites that offer discounts on pre orders but this applies only to pc. For console the price is fixed for a long while.The only title that recently had a price drop in the first 2 weeks of its release was Titan Fall 2 because of its lack of sales… which is also an EA game but this was because it had just released BF1 and right after titan fall was the latest COD game. Otherwise prices don't drop for a while.
