Would it be legal to have one of those surf racks for a scooter in Western Australia?
I want to use my scooter for taking my short-board to the beach. Would I get in trouble for using the surfboard racks that fit to the side of the scooter in WA? I'm not sure how it would interfere with my indicators or how much trouble I would be in for that.
Is getting your car wrapped in different color vinyl legal in India?
I personally have not come across any laws that state a vinyl car wrap is illegal. The fact remains that no matter what color or textures of vinyl wraps that are used, the main color which is noted on the RC booklet doesn't change. That can be proven by opening the doors, bonnet or boot to prove the original color is present. There have been instances where the RTO of certain states that do not have an issue with a vinyl wrap jon(change of color) because technically speaking the original color of the car hasn't ben changed. The vinyl wrap at the end of the day always is a temporary change. It doesn't come under the classification of modification too so you safe there. In regards to advertisement based vinyl's on vehicle's permission is required from the local RTO for the same, unless the vehicle is registered as a commercial vehicle.
