Would Someone Get Fired For Using Company E-mails For Private Intimate Purposes

My company refused to give experience letter. What should I do?

Most of the companies do not give experience letter for a tenure of less than 6 months, and yes training period or probation period is not counted as work experience. Please understand if you were under training during your probation period the company was investing in you and you were not a productive resource for the company. And hence it is not counted as experience, it was the learning. Now to answer your question, to your future employer you can show the salary slips and the resignation letter that you have sent to your current employer. Most of the companies accept these as the authentic document to prove your tenure with a company which is not giving out a relieving letter or an experience letter.Good luck.

I think the maintenance man saw my dildo.....?

My husband and I live in an apartment and periodically they have to come in to change the filter in the furnace. I don't know exactly when they came but when I opened the closet door today (where the furnace is) all of my clothes were pushed back and the laundry basket was pushed out of the way, so I know they came already. Then I immediately looked at the dresser next to the closet and noticed my dildo sitting out in plain view. Normally we keep it in our top drawer but my husband was looking for batteries the other day, took them out and obviously didn't put it back in the drawer. To make matters worse, there was a tub of vaseline sitting on the dresser too (totally unrelated to the dildo). I'm so humiliated- I went to pay the rent today and I swear the woman in the office was holding back laughter and I'm so worried about seeing one of the maintenance guys.

What the heck should I do? I'm so mortified ---should I say something about it?

Can I sue someone who has sex videos of me?

I allowed my then boyfriend to videotape some of our naughty acts. He had proposed marriage, I really thought we were going to be together forever, I know first mistake. Anyhow we ended on a somewhat bad note and I'm afraid he could try to distribute copies of us. Can I sue him if he does distribute those tapes.

Can my employer refuse to accept my letter of resignation?

Just post it to HR…If they also dont accept, just check your No dues and then move

How does Infosys fire people? Does the employee have to serve any notice period? And does Infosys try to help the employee find another job and/or pay any severances?

When you are bench, Infosys pays your salary and it means you are not billable, when you are working into some project under some client, the client is paying your salary i.e you are billableInfosys fire people into three scenario:Personal performance: Getting low bucket in appraisals ( below expectations) and bench strength is high and it cannot afford to pay you. And you get fired. In this case you usually liable for severence pay. You usually get a mail notifying you a time period usually 2 months to look for another job. If this time period is allocated you are not liable for severence pay.Disciplinary: You get fired right away after a proper scrutiny and a committee is set up to inquire about the whole scenario. If proved guilty, you are shown the exit gates. You are not liable for severence pay.You also get a black dot over your NSR and other certificates you later receive from Infosys at later point of timeLayoffs: A crowd usually on bench get fired, everyone is liable for a severance pay. Also, in layoffs company gives you a time period, NOT notice period to look for another job.NOTE: Every situation is different when a person gets fired and details mentioned above might not get considered. This is not an accurate data. So, do not rely on it.Also, I would like to declare that I am not speaking on behalf of Infosys and this is my personal belief. Thanks☮️!

If a candidate has provided fake documents of their previous employment, what action can be taken by the company?

This happened with one of my colleague few years ago who joined a reputed MNC in Bangalore. He got fake documents from an agent who ensured that if any verification happens he’ll handle it.But to his bad luck when background verification started at same time multiple fake document rackets were busted by cops over here due to which the agent ran away.My friend himself told the HR about it thinking he’ll be caught anyway. HR called him in person and asked for the resignation the very next day. That is it. He resigned and soon after joined another MNC.So only thing they can do is either ask you to resign(most likely) or may fire/blacklist from that specific company only in worst case.

What exactly does, "Romantically Linked" mean?

It means two people who are dating each other a lot. I would say they're more than friends, but not necessarily going for nothing more than sex. The term "romantically linked" is often used in the media about movie stars, most of whom seem to change partners as often as they change their socks.

In an absconding case of an employee, what legal actions can an HR person take from the employer point of view in India?

DISCLAIMER: ABSCONDING IS NOT TO BE DONE AND THIS POST IN NO WAY IS HELPING YOU TO TAKE ACTIONS ACCORDINGLY. PLEASE TREAT THIS ONLY AS SOURCE OF INFORMATION AND I AM NOT LIABLE FOR ANY ACTIONS TAKEN HEREWITH.HR cannot sue you or file a court case until and unless you have stolen some information/data or intellectual property which is not to be shared in public domain (remember you signed a contract/bond)Actions can be taken as below:Step 1- HR will try to reach out to you on your phone no.s (cell, landline, family members phone no., any emergency contacts you have shared during joining). This follow up can be done for various durations- days to weeks (normally not more than 2 weeks). Along with this various emails will be sent to you on your personal mail ID. HR will also talk to your friends in office, colleagues etc. (investigation!), you will become a center of gossip in office for few days :PStep 2- In case HR is unable to catch hold of you through any of the above, you will be declared as absconding in company records and your employment will be terminated with immediate effect.Step 3- You will not be provided with any relieving letter/mail, your salary from the date of absconding (depending on where it falls in pay cycle) will not be processed, no full & final settlement will be provided. All your access will be cancelled (including removal of access on your laptop from company server, VPN etc., in case you have taken the laptop with you).Step 4- In case company is using tools like SAP etc, they can share the same information with other companies and you can be blacklisted in market. HR's do share information across industry specially in MNC's. Next company can easily find out your past actions accordingly until and unless you are getting into your own business of course!P.S.- ABSCONDING is highly UNETHICAL and should be avoided, as it causes a lot of pain to the HR team and company who have invested and trusted in you.
