Would There Be Neet Ug In 2014

MBBS admission in india based on NEET 2013?

I have finished my 12th standard and I wrote the NEET UG 2013

As you know that the results are listed

My mark is 129 and my percentile score is 63.9%

Please let me know if I can get a medical seat anywhere in India

Another one tell me how to calculate the percentile score

Thank you

What rank should I expect with 635 marks on the NEET 2017?

In 2014, I got rank 35 with 645 marks. One of my batch mate at AIIMS got 631 marks and secured 93 rank. There is no way you are getting rank 600–900, even if the paper was extremely easy. If I were to give a range, it would be around 100–220.Aakash calculators are not reliable. They were expecting some 150 rank for me.

I had given AIPMT 2014 and 2015 and neet 2016 can I give exam?

No you can’t give NEET 2017 as per official notification and eligibility criteria released yesterday. The number of attempts which a candidate can avail at NEET-UG examination shall be limited to 3 (three) uniformly to all the candidates. The candidates who have already appeared in AIPMT/NEET on three occasions are not allowed to take this examination. The candidates will be required to give an undertaking in this regard and submitting false undertaking may result in cancellation of the candidature and action in accordance with norms for handling UFM cases. Please note this restricted attempts criteria is applicable to 15% all India seats and also 85% state quota seats. One is not eligible only to apply for NEET 2017 UG exam if he/she has attempted NEET for 3 times in the past. All the Best !!

What is the total number of MBBS seats available through NEET 2016?

Will anything happen if I use old NCERT books (2007-12) for the NEET and AIIMS, 2019? Should I discard them or is the content the same at present?

NCERT had introduced the current series of books starting from 2006. The books have been changed in around 2011 or 2012, and now the CBSE(and even some other Boards like RBSE) use only the newer versions for both Board exam and competitive exams like NEET and JEE Main. For NEET/AIIMS, I suggest you to get the latest version of NCERTs(ones published on or after 2015) atleast for Biology, beacuse many people and students don't know that in the year 2014 a PIL was filed in the Supreme Court of India, by Dr. Arvind Gupta, a coaching teacher of NEET/AIIMS Biology, to make several corrections in the NCERT Biology textbooks of Class 11 and 12, as well as the exemplar problems of the same.NCERT did accept most of the corrections pointed out by Dr. Arvind Gupta, and made the necessary changes in the Biology books from the December 2014 edition. Although to be assured of the corrections being done, I suggest you to use the books of atleast the 2015 edition.NEET, and even AIIMS UG, have questions framed directly on lines of the current NCERTs, and these small errors, if not taken care of, can make a student lose marks unknowingly, due to learning wrong facts from the old versions.I am also quoting the link of the list of errors and the corrections(most of which have been done).Link for textbook corrections(and their analysis) -https://www.google.co.in/url?sa=...Link for Exemplar Problems corrections -https://www.google.co.in/url?sa=...Edit : Adding pictures of NCERT edition details page to sort out confusion between new(corrected) and old editions, as suggested by Suhita VaidyaOld ones(Class 11 and 12) -New one (This picture is of Class 11 one, but Class 12 is identical to it) -Image Source - Pictures of NCERT Biology Class 11 and 12 edition details page taken from Phone Camera.
