Connecting my PS4 to my home theater?
i have an lg tv and a Samsung home theater and i just got a Ps4 and i want to connect it to it. now the home-theater has no HDIMI or optical audio in. it only has a aux in, the TV and home-theater are connected with the HDIMI cable. but the home-theater doesn't support ARC link with the Tv I have previously connected my xbox 360 to the home-theater but i did using the components cables and connecting the audio components to the aux connections in the home theater now the ps4 doesnt have an analog aux out so i am a bit confused what to do. so i would like a bit of help here. is there any way i can convert optical out to analog aux or would i be better off buy a new TV if you guys want i can attach the pictures of the backs
HDMI stopped working on my tv...?
I have a Hannspree 32inch tv. I have owned it for almost 2 years. Up until now I have had no problems with the hdmi channels and have been streaming an xbox 360 and blu-ray player. So it started when I was playing my xbox as per usual but their were these awful green pixels on the screen. In an effort to get rid of them I swapped cables and hdmi channels with no luck. after swapping hdmi ports it had stopped completely on any of my hdmi ports. no sound, no picture. So after this I found out my xbox had a busted hdmi port...great. Hdmi was still working with my virgin and blu-ray player, until I plugged the blu ray player up with the same wire as he one my xbox was using and then...nothing. ever since, Ibhave tried different wires and this has acheived no results I have 4 hdmi ports and all of them display no signal. what I find strange is that when a hdmi wire is plugged into one of the hdmi ports it takes a while to find the signal, so it is detecting something.... not sure ifbthis is fixible or not?
Can I connect my Keyboard (music kind) to my Sony home theater system?
I would not do that because of the low frequencies that your keyboard can produce. Yes, Sony's are excellent and they may effectively route the low frequencies to the woofer, which can handle them, if they don't your keyboard will blow out your mid range speakers. I doubt it would harm the tweeters. If you're insistent you would probably need a stereo male 1/4" cable to RCA jacks, or whatever input your speaker uses. I think you should talk this over with an audio specialist at a speaker store first. Good luck.

XBox outputs a standard video signal that you can watch on a TV or a projector. Simply consider a projector to be the equivalent of a TV (but without a tuner or amplifer/speakers. Most projectors will accept various types of input ... all or some of composite, S-video, VGA, component, HDMI (or DVI) However, while projectors can give you a great, big, image, they work best in a dark (or at least dim) room. Should I wait for Jio DTH or buy a Tata Sky HD set top box?
First of all, Jio is not bringing DTH services. It does not even has a license to offer DTH services in India.What Jio is planning to offer is IPTV i.e. internet based TV. Couple of ways1) The easiest and most convenient is via ARC using hdmi cable. In your tv check if any hdmi port has ARC (Audio Return Channel) connect that with your HDMI IN port of system. Select TV mode in your system. 2) use co-axial cable from tata sky to system directly.

If you are doing this because your TV only has a single composite video port, then you need to buy a composite video switch with two or more inputs.
