Would You Buy It Opinions

What is your opinion on buying Kpop albums? Are they a waste?

Not a waste at all! Some people prefer to just download their music, but many others choose to buy albums for several reasons (and this doesn’t just apply to K-pop, but all music in general):Supports the artist. Buying albums show a direct way to support the artist, especially K-pop groups. Award shows often look at album sales to choose winners for certain awards. Album sales also indicate the success and popularity of a group. Music charts such as Billboards and Gaon record album sales and whatnot to determine their placement. For example, BTS was placed #1 on the Gaon chart for selling the most copies in 2016. According to the chart, BTS sold 750,000+ copies of WINGS, which definitely proves their success in the industry. BTS is also currently on the Billboards 200 chart and are #61 for YOU NEVER WALK ALONE. Keep in mind, this is a Top 200 chart, and includes music from the West and whatnot, making this extremely impressive that BTS is on there. The goodies that come with the albums! Unlike most American/Western albums, K-pop albums are actually a package deal. When you buy albums, often you get a bunch of exclusive goodies such as photobooks, photocards, posters, and of course, the CD itself. Again, using BTS as an example, their WINGS album consists of a 96–page photobook, 1 polaroid photocard (the group member on the card is a mystery, and you won’t know until you open the package, making it more fun and exciting to buy. Also, this is a good marketing strategy), a folded poster of the group, etc.Sentimental value. Though the majority of people these days don’t really buy albums anymore, due to the easy access of music on platforms such as Youtube and Spotify, there are still a lot of listeners who like to collect albums for sentimental value, or even just because they love the group so much they want a physical copy of their music. It’s a sentimental and personal way to show your dedication to a group’s music. Besides going to a concert or a show, buying a group’s album is the best and the most sincere way you can show support and love for their music.

What's your opinion on Fallout 76 and will you buy it?

Yes, I will buy it. I think that it has potential to be a very fun game, though from what I have read and knowing Bethesda's track record I think it will be a little “broken” upon release. I have always wanted to explore the wasteland with friends and now I can do that with the added ability to build whatever I want! I also think that with the new gameplay mechanics people will be able to role play much more. Want to be a merchant? Then craft your wares and sell them from the shop you built. Want to be a hunter/trapper who hunts down creatures and sells their materials to the armor crafters? Well you can do that, too. I think I'd like to play a sort of prospector who goes and finds metals/minerals type materials for building. Imagine building a huge settlement with ten other people where you all have jobs and roles to play to keep your little village running smoothly! It's going to be a great opportunity to really play YOU instead of playing a character who already has a set story; you write your own story! I really believe it will be a fun spinoff of the Fallout series to keep my occupied until Bethesda's next single-player game (Starfield, anyone?) because that's their bread and butter.

What are your unpopular opinions about buying a house?

Renting is a great option for many people. I think many young people are pushed into buying a house before they’re ready, and that’s a costly mistake. Don’t give in to parental and peer pressure. You are not throwing your money away when you rent. You are trading money for shelter, which is what you do when you buy a house, just in different proportions. I have seen people throw away a lot more money buying than renting. Most home buyers would be better off with a GOOD Adjustable-Rate Mortgage rather than a Fixed-Rate Mortgage - do the arithmetic, people!Much money is wasted on refinancing when interest rates go down. Somebody’s paying that money, people! I’ll bet it’s you. Get a good adjustable in the first place. Again, do the arithmetic! It’ll save you lots of money.Interest rates may be going up, but that alone is not a reason to buy a house if you’re not ready.Don’t pay off your house at the cost of fully funding your retirement accounts. You’ll make a lot more money funding your IRA or 401k fully. The person claiming to be your buyer broker may not really be your buyer broker - if they ever practice dual agency (working for the seller and the buyer at the same time) or have that as a possibility in your contract, they’re wolves in sheep’s clothing.A broker or agent can’t effectively represent both the seller and buyer in the same transaction. even though the law says they may. Someone is going to get screwed, probably you.Real Estate is kind of a predatory industry. Incoming agents, buyers and sellers frequently get taken advantage of badly. And you don’t realize it until it’s much too late.Inexperienced buyers without representation of a real buyer broker are just asking for it, and are likely to have an unhappy experience. You will not get the best deal by going directly to the listing agent. It’s that agent’s job to get the highest price and best terms for the seller.People should read a book or two about buying a house before they go out and buy a house. You should chat with the people in the neighborhood before you buy a house. You can change the house, but you can’t change the neighborhood. You wouldn’t believe how hard it is to get people to do this simple thing. You should consider your commuting costs + housing costs when you buy a house. Buying a house 50 miles from work may ultimately cost you more, even though the price is lower.oh, where do I stop? I got a million unpopular opinions.

What’s your opinion on the new Tile technology and would you buy one?

I assume you mean colored tiles that are connected to electricity and light up.I personally would rather buy a digital display that connects to the internet, that I can mount like a painting. Maybe even a large one without a frame.Like an internet-connected projector board. An ultra-cheap flatscreen.

Why should I buy wedding dresses online any opinion?

You could buy a wedding dress online. It might be easier, especially if it is difficult to get to a bridal store. However, a few caveats: be sure you have plenty of time to return and order something else if you don’t like your selection. It will help a lot if you have a good idea of the best styles for you and what will enhance the styled your wedding. Make sure to check your measurements against their sizing chart. If you are between sizes, order the next size up. It if far easier to take a garment in and that way you will be sure to have plenty of fabric. Pay attention to the fabrics and fiber content-it might give you a few more clues about how the dress will look in person. And finally, be sure you have a person you trust for the alterations. It is really unfortunate if they are done badly. One other option for you is to seek out a local designer for something made just for you. If a modestly priced dress is your goal, my number one favorite fabric is Robert Kaufman’s Radiance. it is a 50/50 silk/cotton blend with wonderful sheen and drape-one side is more matte and the other side shinier. Many people use both sides for a subtle contrast. Last time I checked it was only about $19 a yard. Unbeatable.

Any opinions on the 97 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo? Buying one.?

Pretty much any Jeep ZJ (thats a Grand between '93 and '98) is worth money. They're the tuffest stuff for the price. There are a ton of aftermarket parts available if thats what your into, and most any problem you experiance will be well known by a quality machanic or, especially, by a serious Jeep enthusiast. It's probably a good idea to get to know one or two of those. They can be the best friends you'll ever have when your ride breaks.

I'm planning on buying a T.V. for my family. In your opinion ,should I buy Samsung or Philips?

They are both good but if your loking for something a little cheaper go with Samsung.

What is your opinion on the Doom Eternal previews? Will you buy it?

They’re previews for a new Doom game. *Shrugs*I don’t agree with pre-ordering games (toxic, anti-consumer practice), and I generally don’t waste time with reading previews of any games, even my most favourite. Previews are usually not fully representative of the final product anyways, so why get hyped for features that might get cut?Remember how pretty games like Dark Souls 2 were supposed to be in the previews? Or Watchdogs?Or pretty much the entire No Man’s Sky debacle?I’d be disappointed if I’d gotten on the hype train, and then the finished product failed to deliver. Or worse… remember all the hype around Starcraft: Ghost, which was eventually cancelled?Instead, I’ll pay attention to the reviews when they come out, which will be with the actual retail copies, and representative of the final product. If Doom Eternal gets similar review scores to Doom (2016), then I’ll start getting excited.

I need people's opinions on The Legend of Zelda Phantom Hourglass...?

I haven't played it yet, but from my (reliable) sources, reviews I've read, and friends, it's extremely good.

Yes, it is a continuation of the storyline of The Wind Waker. From what I understand, Tetra is kidnapped and Link teams up with a fairy named Ciela and a man named Linebeck (who has a customizable ship you use) to rescue her.

Some drawbacks I've heard is that the music isn't as spectacular as some other games, but I'm assuming that frees up space for the gameplay. Another is that the stylus is a bit hard to be accurate with, but everyone I've heard complain about that said it doesn't have too much a negative effect.

If you want to know anything else about the gameplay before you buy it, feel free to contact me; again, I haven't yet played it because my DS is broken, but I have read up heavily on the subject.
