Why do Americans hate ARAB ????
this question is a real Pain in my @$$ !!!! would some one answer it !!! Will in my opinion , arab aren't enemies for us !!! unless if they do some thing bad for us . otherwise, I find thim nice . cause their religion ( Islam ) is peaceful .... Don't you AGREE me ???????????????????????????????????????
Is there no such thing as world peace?
Exactly. Both must exist. So to be clear, we have world peace. It is just no what all choose. When it comes down to anything, it comes down to what do you choose. Someone asked earlier, 'what is more powerful, love or hate ?' and the answer is that they are equally as powerful, that is as the universe intended. What IS more powerful is you and your choice to choose love over hate. Ah, or not.
Which do you think is a larger factor affecting world peace, hunger/poverty or conflicts involving religion ?
All of it revolves around religion. From the beginning of time man has fought for the Gods of their world. People have starved, killed and maimed others all in the man of their Gods. While there has been a change in times the thyme stays the same. Some people will focus on Muslims, but it is only some Muslims that believe this way. Christianity, Judaism, and Islam all play their equal parts in the pain around the world. But the worse part about all of it is not that they believe in different Gods, but they are fighting over which one of their writings about God is true. For the mention of the lack of education, it has nothing to do with general education but religious education, which should not be a factor in political areas at all. And that is where the other problem comes in, if religion was removed from the government, then most wars would stop. Governments should not be allowed to fight over religion.
Why is this world full of hate , evil and violence?
I dont fight, i believe in peace, but im regarded as a cowardice by my classmates, how could this be? Jesus Christ told us not to use violence, The Buddha told us not to use violence , the Dalai Lama told us not to use violence.why is this world still full of violence? why is the kind people bullied by the evil? i want peace. WHY IS THE WORLD SO MEAN TO THE KIND PEOPLE? WHY CANT PEOPLE GET ALONG AND ACCEPT EACH OTHER?
Buddhists: Without hate how can there be compassion? For without sadness how would one experience happiness?
From what I understand the ultimate purpose of Buddhism is to reach Enlightenment, which is characterized by the extinction of desire and suffering and individual consciousness. And in order to achieve Enlightenment a person should become detached. But if one is to become detached and have no desire how can one be compassionate to all? Because doesn't things like love and hate go together? Without hate how does one know what love is? Without happiness how does one know what sadness is? I understand how being attach can led to lots of suffering. But I don't see how becoming detached can cause one to be at peace and happy. I am truly not trying to criticize any particular religion... just merely curious. I am currently looking into various religions.

I'm an Atheist, his song is TRUE. Without thinking about whether your going to heaven or hell. You just live your life to the fullest. I love watching my mom singing along to that song. She's a complete religion freak, and still doesn't realize what she's singing. (It's her favorite song) Why don't you listen to John Lennon and see that what he's singing about is right? Without religion there would be little hate, religion starts wars to so no wars, just peace. Keep that in mind, and next time you hear the song listen to the lyrics.
