Is it rude to say "Happy Birthday, yesterday!" on someone's Facebook page?
No it isn't rude, but the more appropriate way would have been "Happy Belated Birthday"
Is getting a "Happy Birthday" from Facebook different than someone texting you "Happy Birthday"?
I think a text means more.. Everybody writes on ur facebook wall on ur birthday its just a known fact that u are supposed to. But if someone takes their time out to text/call u, instead of being like everyone else & just using facebook, I think that is very thoughtful.

When a baby is born, we celebrate they baby and their family. That's a most exceptional experience and moment. Now if you fail to wish that same person and family a happy birthday after many yrs of friendship and as you've watched the child grow from newborn to infant to toddler to kid to tween...etcetera, Then basically- either you're just an uncaring worthless piece, or you have some serious current issues of your own. If you can't take less than 5 piddly seconds to wish a happy birthday to someone who thinks they are important to you, because you said so a few times...bottom line..... You lied., THEYRE NOT IMPORTANT AND YOU ARE A VERY THOUGHTLESS oops sry about the caps inadvertent... Person and Also very selfish person! And we'll never be on eachothers pal list... Lol. You wish... I'd rather make someone happy for a few minutes rather than sad maybe confused and/or for a whole lot longer! Those oversights/call it what you will... They sting and they're lasting. If you think a birthday greeting is not important, I assure you you will inevitably change your feelings on this on down the line! I guarantee it!

My boyfriend didn't wish me a happy birthday on my Facebook wall, but he wished our friend when it's her birthday?
His birthday is few months ahead of mine and I made him a nice post on FB when it was his birthday, and it didn't bother me honestly when he didn't write anything on my FB wall since he called me and texted me in that day. But today I was surprised that he posted to our friend's FB even though she didn't wish him a happy birthday or anything when it was his birthday not even a FB post. Is that something pathetic to feel upset about?

I'm saying this as a guy. NO! move on. If you don't say anything he'll probably think of you and say something to you first. If he does that's a good sign but if not then that means he's completely moved on and you should to. If you do say happy birthday then he'll know you still have feelings ect. and your always an option and available basically and you can be put on the back burner. You don't want to be that do you? Move on and save some dignity. If you were the one to breakup with him then yeah it would be appropriate to say happy birthday IF you are still interested. If you aren't then save the confusion and don't.

Me and my girlfriend broke up a week ago and she said she still wanted to be friends, and I texted her like 2 times and she didnt' reply to any of them. And i know she got them because she always texts me back. And she has a birthday in a few days, should I text her Happy Birthday. And if so, what should I say? I dont want to seem like Im obsessed with her or anything, but I want to start talking with her again because I really miss talking to her. Please help I'm so confused on what to do. Simply put, those who are my close friends in non-facebook life would be happy for getting just the wish from me and do not have time to check whether I liked or did not like their thank you; and those who are not my close friends in non-facebook life, I do not give a small rodent's rear end about their opinion in such small issues.Thatis my opinion about the issue, plain and simple.
