No such thing as 43: In the UK/US scale and the Australian scale there are only even numbers, and in EU sizes, there are only sizes of 5's (70, 75, 80 etc). If you meant 42 or 44 in the UK/US scale, then I would think it is very unlikely that she is slim. Most bra companies don't even make bras in that that big of a band size. Note that a high number is not to do with the breast size, but the size around her ribcage. She would be around a clothing size UK 24-25, US 20-22 or EU 52-54.

When a girl asks if something make her look fat, what should you say? Should you tell her the truth, or what she wants to hear, and then she doesn't believe you? My girlfriend asked me that, and when I said "no, you look great", she calls me a liar, because she thinks that she's fat in that. Then later she asked me again, and this time I hesitated, and said "yes?!?!" then she gets all offended. What am I supposed to say in that situation? "does this make me look fat?" "no, but your *** does"? These questions really put me on the spot.
