Would You Tell Someone They Had Gravy On Their Chin

Have you ever served your cooking fail/disaster to someone and they loved it?

You have these customs in the Armed Forces, where, unmarried officers would bounce at a married couple’s house any time of the day or night and demand to be served food. And the hosts cannot say no.So, barely two months into my marriage, the doorbell rang at two in the night. We didn't open the door, thinking they would leave. A few more doorbells later, the electricity goes off. They had switched off the main power. It was like a torture in scorching night of May.And so we had to open the door.Four unmarried officers enter with a smile on their face.“Ma'am, we are hungry. Can you please make something?” They ask.“That's the kitchen, go and cook.” I say yawning.“Ma'am, we don't know cooking.”“I don't either.” I say.“That's not possible, we hear sir complimenting your food all the time.” I look over at my husband who mouths ‘it's a bait’.I smile and go into the kitchen. Husband follows me and asks what am I going to cook.I take out a vermicelli packet.“Remember I told you I can never make vermicelli right because no one wants to taste my experiment?”“Yeeeess. So?”“Well I just got my tasting committee.” I say proudly.“Oh! God bless them!”I made the worst dish possible. The vermicelli must have cursed me getting tossed around with the spices and water, regretting their existence.The final dish looked like a disaster. The vermicelli was overcooked, the spices too less with the water still there to retain it's sanctity.I served the horrible looking dish to everyone with the same smile on my face which they had on theirs when they entered our house.I imagined the next scene. People puking and taking out the morsel from their mouth. Cursing me and wishing never to bounce again.I had an evil laugh like a villain in my mind.But..“Ma'am! This is next level yummy. Thank you!” One of them said.“Wow! Lovely, ma'am!”“You don't have to pretend.” My husband told them. “She loves hearing negative feedback.”“No Sir! This is delicious.” Said the other.“Sir, you are right, ma'am has magic in her hands.” said another.“But.. Are you sure?” I asked. And I stood there wondering what went right!Needless to say they demanded coffee later. Slept in our hall and left at 7 after having breakfast.“You should have served them your Upma. That would have closed the deal forever.” Husband said bravely.Wonder who got an earful?

Thin face and arms but fat belly?

stop rice and chicken

u shud do 15 mins jog daily, sit-ups, climbing stairs, lunges, crunches, leg raises, dance workout for flat tummy

You can follow following diet and fitness tips for better results: -

A good tip is turn vegetarian, have 5 time meals rather.
You can have seafood also.
breakfast of cereals, milk and egg only,
lunch u can have beans on bread, dal rice, bread with baked/ boiled vegetables

have light dinner, again u can have bread and salad with gravy, pulses

avoid chicken, beef, pork, cheese, paneer, pizzas and junk food.
Avoid rice at night

learn some recipes for healthy food. You can look for alternates like fish, crab, prawns, Soya, Mushrooms etc..

You can do activities like streching, breathing exercises, yoga, running, like standing at same place u do running motion, arobics, dance, climb stairs till 5 storeys 3-4 times a day, jogging, badminton, volleyball also keep you fit
swimming is also good exercise

You can do free exercises like push-ups, sit-ups, chin-ups to stay fit

get a pair of light weight dumbells and do arm exercises

for thighs do lunges, sit-ups, stepper, multi-exercise, leg curls, leg press, jogging, climbing, climbing steps

for arms do dumbell curl, reverse dumbell curl with light weights (15-20-25 reps)

for abs do crunches, leg raises, tiwst crunches, standing twists etc.

for chest do bench press, dumbell flies, pec dec etc.

Note: I suggest light dumbells over machines. please make sure u do light weights and more reps for weight loss.
Please don't do exercise if you have cold or some illness.

What's that disease where you have a lisp / twitch on one side of your face?

I know two lawyers who have this. One guy I know is a lawyer who charges $300 dollars an hour but he has that horrible lisp when he talks and he usually repeats the same sounds 3-4 times when he is talking.

When I met him 2 years ago, he was perfectly normal with no lisp at all. He just developed this disease recently.

It kind of makes me think of michael j. fox. Does anybody know what's wrong with him?
