Is boxing effective in street fights?
It most certainly is!In a street fight your body goes on autopilot and will only remember moves you have practiced a 1000 times. I've been in lots of fights as security and on the streets. I have a background from Judo, Boxing and Crav Maga. The latter one from the army. In all my fights it's boxing who have saved me over and over. Practicing Boxing may look easy but managing to punch hard while moving in all directions is not easy, trust me. If you look on YouTube you will see that it is boxing who dominates the street fight subject and you will often see one guy easily defeating several opponents one by one. If you take a close look you will see that in most of the clips, the person being subjected to the violence moves all the time. And if you are lucky you can punch your way out of the situation you're in.Boxing makes you punch in combos of either 3,4,5 or 6 punch combos. You practice the jab, cross, hook and uppercut a thousand times. You also learn to control your body while high on adrenalin until punching, slip and roll becomes natural (dodging punches) and counter punch. Keeping your guard up and focus while your adrenaline is pumping. You learn to take punishment. And what makes boxing stick out from the rest mentioned before are full contact sparring and the simplicity!The major drawbacks on other Martial Arts are as following:You do not follow your opponent to the ground, lying on the ground makes you a target for bystanders etc.Many MA teaches you fancy moves that you've totally forgotten when you need it.You need to keep your balance and constantly moving.Kicks are great but if your not a 100 % sure that you will be able to keep your balance and not let your opponent grab a hold of your leg.Krav Maga is great for combat. You teach how to go for your opponents soft spots. But when push comes to show Krav Maga stills practice striking in full contact the same way as boxing. When I've trained Krav Maga with other students, my superior striking skills from Boxing makes me win 10 out of 10 fights. Even against the instructor. This is because they don't practice enough full contact sparring.My answer are obviously based on my own experiances.

“The Big Dog” Roman Reigns is not the best wrestler in the WWE from a critical perspective or from a hardcore fan perspective. Only newer, casual fans can be led to believe he is the best wrestler currently in WWE by the way he is booked and how the announcers talk about him. Objectively, by just about every metric, it is safe to say Roman Reigns is not the best wrestler in the WWE. He has “the look” and is able to keep up to make for pretty good matches with other talented wrestlers, but that is the extent of his repertoire right now which unfortunately hasn’t shown a comforting rate of improvement for some time. He is inconsistent and an overall weak performer on the mic, also with slow improvement. WWE hasn’t helped matters since they are the people writing segments for him. Even so, Roman comes across as unnecessarily unlikable too often, which is of his own creation by jerk-ish facial expressions or overly heavy handed rebukes. Turning him a heel seems to be the natural progression to grow both the talent and the character but the decision makers that be, namely Vince McMahon, has been steadfast in their approach. man as the face of the company. Roman has much more potential as a heel not only because of the jerkish attitude he has unconsciously shown, but also because in his current form, he is unrepairable to the ticket buying fanbase which strongly effects how he is perceived on TV due to boo’s, “ROMAN SUCKS.
