Write Your Definition Of The Concept Of Discovery

English word definition/discovery?

I write poetry, this is the poem I am working on...

"there's a certain magic I feel when I see the twinkle in your eyes, it leaves me hypnotized, memorized, like a million fireflies in the midnight sky, independently they live, ________ they glow"

Obviously unfinished...anyways, heres my question, I was for some reason under the impression that the word is luminescent, and in this particular example, I would in theory be able to use the word 'luminscently'....so my poem would look like this....

"there's a certain magic I feel when I see the twinkle in your eyes, it leaves me hypnotized, memorized, like a million fireflies in the midnight sky, independently they live, luminscently they glow"

However, not only did my autocorrect not pick the word up, but neither did Google, I was wondering if maybe the word is 'illuminscently' but that didn't pop up on Google either, lol, I'm legit confused with this ...can someone please help?

What is a discovery motion?

I’m not exactly sure about what your mean by this so I will give you a couple definitions and you pick from them.Number 1:A motion for discovery is a motion made to the court by the party of a criminal proceeding or civil lawsuit to obtain information or evidence regarding the case, Free Advice explains. Discover is the process of receiving this information, which is a guarantee under the U.S. Constitution.Number 2:If a party fails to attend his or her deposition or properly respond to requests for production or inspection or interrogatories, one can file a motion to compel that party to comply with the discovery request.Number 3:Discovery, in the law of the United States and other countries, is a pre-trial procedure in a lawsuit in which each party, through the law of civil procedure, can obtain evidence from the other party or parties by means of discovery devices such as a request for answers to interrogatories, request for production of documents, request for admissions and depositions. Discovery can be obtained from non-parties using subpoenas. When a discovery request is objected to, the requesting party may seek the assistance of the court by filing a motion to compel discovery.Number 4:A motion of discovery provides the defendant with notes made by a police officer during or shortly after issuing a traffic citation. A defendant can also demand to see other information, such as what type of equipment was used to clock the defendant's speed, and even instruction manuals on that specific equipment. However, it is important to understand that not all states recognize this right, and a defendant should check with his state to be sure this law exists before filing a motion of discovery.Comment if it wasn’t there!

What conditions lead to a scientific discovery?

This question is more complex than it might appear on the surface, because you don’t provide a working definition of what counts as a scientific discovery. The term is not codified anywhere in the scientific method, so it’s fairly subjective.Whenever we make a novel observation about a phenomenon, we have discovered something. Crucially, this includes both statistically significant and non-significant results in response to a manipulation, because “This manipulation didn’t yield a statistically significant difference” is still a discovery. With this definition of discovery, then being able to run an experiment* is all that is required, assuming that:The manipulation is appropriate to study the effect we want to study.Your experiment has sufficient power[1] to observe the effect if it is a real effect. If the working definition of scientific discovery, however, is a flashy result that makes headlines, then that’s an entirely different story (and rather thorny issue).*Being able to run an experiment is also dependent on a complicated confluence of factors that Konstantinos has mentioned: funding, institutional and public interest, equipment and infrastructure, and the ability to design such an experiment in the first place.Footnotes[1] Statistical power - Wikipedia
