...also i have another theory....on monday night raw during the benoit tribute,chavo said he spent the night at chris's house a few nights before...he spent the night and had dinner with the family...have the police questioned chavo? chavo was also the last 1 to be with eddie...and he said he spoke to benoit and benoit ended the call with 'i love u chavo'..... theres more.....chris benoit started wwe in ecw...he was traded and had 1 match in ecw last week( ending his career in ecw) was this planned ?? and by who?? what about the wrestler in calgary or from calgary who was also found dead last weekend??shane somthing?? he was a good friend of benoit....or theres this.......benoit came home from the doctors,just after picking up a perscription...he suffered with depression and other things...its said that his wife and him had been arguing about him staying home with the son more to help raise him...mabey he just snapped...i mean after years of holding in all this anger and emotions

No he's not, Chris Benoit was supposed to wrestle at a pay per view called Vengeance : Night Of Champions for the WWE branded ECW for the ECW Championship against CM Punk in June 2007 but he never showed up to the event, due to what was originally believed to be a “family emergency”. Then it was later revealed to be the weekend he killed his wife and son then committed suicide in his house two days later. The WWE RAW episode coincidentally was supposed to be about Vince McMahon's television character Mr. McMahon “dying” in a limousine which was part of a storyline but it was overshadowed by the Benoit controversy, which at first was a tribute to him when the WWE wasn't aware of what happened to him and his family at the time of their deaths. It was after the tribute show that they found out that Chris Benoit did it. So Vince McMahon got on TV before an ECW broadcast the next day and said that he apologized for the Benoit tribute after the WWE found out what really happened, and vowed never to mention Benoit ever again, and they haven't done it ever since.

I'm not God, but I don't believe so. I think he's in Heaven. Benoit was a Christian. I don't think he killed his family out of free will, but more out of his brain being so damaged, he wasn't fully aware of what was happening. When they autopsied him, they said his brain looked like an 80 year old Alzheimer's patient. I believe he's in Heaven.
