Xbox Live Profile reset?
I log in to my Xbox Live account today on my 360, and I noticed a bunch of weird stuff. First of all, my gamerscore got reset. I found out when I logged into a saved game and suddenly got a bunch of achievements. That also means my play history and all other things associated with that got deleted. Also, my avatar and other profile details seem to have reset as well, with the avatar reverting to a default one and my details disappearing. I did not lose any downloaded games, nor did someone purchase points from my account, but what can I do to restore my old history back?

XBOX Live is a billed service. When ever you stop paying, you can't access any online service from it. You should sign in on the site and check your account management. You may have also deleted it. When you format a storage device, it will delete everything from it. And people who know your information will be able to control your account from their xbox and can do anything to it, including changing the security settings.

well, the only way to recover it is if you had the accounts put on xbox live, or you went on xbl with those accounts. it'll give you the account as it last was when you were last on xbl, other than that, there is no other way to get them back

I'd try to delete everything thats related to your profile and your profile entirely. Then try redownloading it. If that doesn't work then contact xbox live support. If they cant help you then your profile is most likely lost...gotta be careful when messing around in horizon especially when it comes to profiles. I only use it for game save data.

If you hit the "X" button (in the middle) you should see recover account or download profile. you then enter your account email and password and it should redownload to your xbox.

it happen to me, but in fact i delete my account of my box before to download it. so it cant be download it with your account that make it bug, i have an answer from xbox, their servers are currently down so we have to be patient that don't mean any account have been deleted so be patient and we can hope to can play normal, soon. Edit : its seems to be fixed, i should not clean my house while tapping the text, anyway let's play
Can download my Xbox Live profile from the internet?
Basically, i lost my Xbox Live profile because an update was required before i can use Xbox Live but my Xbox seems to be damaged so i cannot update. I don't mind not being on Xbox Live but without it i can't recover/download my Profile. Is there a way i can somehow download my profile from like xbox.com or something and be able to put it on a USB then back on to my xbox? Any suggestions would be great.
