There have been times when I've taken as much as 50 or 100 mg at a time (by prescription, because I had tolerance and was resisting the change to a more potent drug). But whatever road you get there on, the graveyard is probably where you're heading if you so something ridiculous like take that much hydrocodone. You'd have to eat literally (and I do actually mean literally, not that kind of literally that people say when they really mean figuratively) hundreds of pills to accomish this. It's not happening by accident, it's not going to be an easy thing to do. It gets hard to get them down after your 20th or 30th pill of the day, in my experience (I qaamt taking that many hydrocodone, but all meds combined, there have been times when I've been on 50 or so pills a day... No, really not a good idea. For one thing, codeine and hydrocodone are both opioids. It's not a good idea to combine opioids unless a doctor has explicitly directed you to do so. For another, you'd be taking in 800mg of Tylenol: 500 from the vicodin, and then another 300 from the Tylenol 3. That's an awful lot of Tylenol to be taking at one time. 1000 is the maximum amount of Tylenol you should ever take at once, and it's really best not to come too close to that number at all. If you're in a lot of pain, and neither the vicodin nor the T3 is doing it for you on its own anymore, you should ask your doctor to change your prescription to something stronger. You really don't want to find yourself taking too much Tylenol. It's an even more dangerous drug than the opioids themselves in some respects, as taking too much of it can cause permanent and incurable liver damage, which is a very nasty way to go.

Half a gram of H is 40 to 50 and is 5 shots of something way better than the oxycodone. People don't use herion because they are seeking hardcore drugs. The pills will not have lost any of it's effectiveness, and will are fine, since the expiration date on medicine bottles are very conservative, as well as the chemical hydrocodone being very stable. The chemical you would worry most about is the tylenol/acetaminophen/APAP in the pills, which has an expiration date of 2 years. You are taking Vicodin pills, and you did not take too few, and do not take more, as having too much acetaminophen (sometimes listed on medicine bottled as APAP and sold under the brand names tylenol and panadol,) can be permanently damaging to your liver. the 5 stands for the milligram dosage of hydrocodone in the pill while the 500 stands for the milligram dosage of acetaminophen. Hydrocodone is one of the weaker opiates prescribed, and you would be better off letting your doctor know it isn't as effective. You could either be gaining a tolerance for the drug, or you could be in enough pain that the dosage doesn't cut it anymore, both of which are things you need to talk to you doctor about because taking more Vicodin can be dangerous, since it is a combination drug, and more acetaminophen can be harmful.
