Why Does My Back Hurt Every day?

My back starts hurting from the moment I start walking to school and it hurts throughout the day.It also hurts when its cold and when I'm sitting, and when I stand for at least 5 minutes so I have to sit but either way it hurts. It stops hurting a little when I lay down. I have asked my doctor if that is normal but she just told me that its because I'm growing but I haven't grown since last year? my mom says it isn't normal for my back to be hurting so much especially since I'm young (I'm 16 by the way). Please, I would like to know why my back hurts so much.

p.s it hurts a lot sometimes and sometimes it doesn't hurt so much.

Im only 16 but my back hurts everyday why?

No, you have a tight muscle in there that is causing that pain. When you crack your back you have stretched it out some taking some pressure off of it but that comes back shortly as you already know. You have to release the muscles in your back to get rid of this pain and here's how to do that:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly press on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

Why does my head hurt everyday?

If your head hurts that bad that you cry, it's not a headache, it's a migraine. Theres a big difference between the two. You should definitely talk to your doctor. Especially if you've been having headaches frequently. You may need get a presciption that you can take when you get one. I take one called Imitrex and it works really well. . People get headaches and migraines for gazillions of reasons. My migraines are inherited!! My mother and grandmother suffer from them and a few other people in my family.

Why does my back hurt everyday as a 13 year old girl?

It could be your bed. Is it very hard? There could also be a structural problem. I suggest you tell your parents and they can take you to a doctor to get your back x-rayed. They should be able to figure out if the vertebrae are misaligned or something.

Why does my upper back hurt?

it depends on where the hurt is. it could have to do with your heart or your lungs, with your ribs or your spine. generally.sharp pain on breathing is often ribs, the heart often radiates into the left shoulder and arm and should be independet of breathing, lungs i think don’t give off a lot of pain by themselves (cough is a more useful symptom to look for, or breathlessness) but pleuritis may give you breathing pain as well. it’s inflammation of the tissue around the lungs.the spine might give you pain if individual vertebrae are broken (this often happens in osteoporosis) and the pain would track along the ribs because the nerve and bloody supply ans muscle between the ribs is compromised.so you have to look whether the hurt turned up after impact to the thoary or whether it turned up slowly and insidiously. this is very important to determine its cause.

Why does my back hurt in the morning?

Waking up in the morning with Back Pain sucks! When your alarm clock rings or buzzes in the AM, do you leap out of bed like you’ve been struck by lightning or hit the snooze button?Dr. Robert Oexman, director of the Sleep to Live Institute, told HuffPost Healthy Living that your answer should be “Stretch my back!”He says that the “greatest incidence of slipped discs occurs within 30 to 60 minutes after we wake up.”Oexman recommends that you “stretch out your back before you ever leave bed” instead of falling back to sleep, which interrupts your natural sleep pattern, counteracting sleep’s restorative values. An old, lumpy bed and and the position you sleep in can put cause your back to become strained during that valuable rest-time. This “can actually increase stress on our ligaments, spinal discs and spinal joints,” says Oexman. The following stretches, from the Sleep to Live Institute, can make a powerful difference in preventing back pain and keeping you limber throughout the day. And when your back starts to misbehave, just book a massage. Here are the 5 Stretches to Do Before You Roll Out of Bed

I have Back pain, neck pain, and headaches everyday. Why?

I'm 15, and I've been getting headaches for as long as I can remember. When my back is bothering me a lot, my headaches are usually triggered or are worsened if I already had one. I get my back pain in my lower back, it's like a deep ache. I can't lay down on my stomach or lay on my back straight because it hurts my lower back too much.
I also always have tension in my neck and shoulders. Sometimes to relieve it, I will "crack" my neck and stretch my shoulders, but it never really helps. I'm afraid it just might make it worse actually.

So, what could all this ongoing pain indicate. I've been having back pain for about 6 months or so now. What can I do about it and could it be serious?
