Yahoo email hangs when trying to add attachments?
I am using Win 7 with IE 10. I click attach, select the file, click open, and it show an icon for the attachment and says "adding attachments" but never completes so I can send.

No attachment icon on yahoo mail?
The paperclip is a "link option" on my toolbar. I have no attachment icon. I have to use google mail to do attachments. I would very much like to do attachments in e-mail, but I do not know how to get Yahoo to fix it.

Hi Kenneth, Yahoo Mail does include any attachments in forwarded messages. If viewing a conversation, you'll need to forward the message that originally contained the attachments. It's 1:41pm central us time...My yahoo mail won't let me attach photos, after I select the files and click attach files, the loading is taking foooreeverrr....I let it go for a half hour and it's still doing it, and the pictures are also small. It does this with even one small file. Anyone else?

i'm trying to attach word docs to my outgoing yahoo email and no matter what browser i use, it doesn't work. this does work for my gmail account from the same computer and for other yahoo users using the same computer. I can attach and upload the same files to other sites, just not for my personal yahoo account. I also cannot open files i have saved in my yahoo folders. I've deleted some old files to increase the space of my account but this has not worked either. please help. many thanks.

It depends on they type of email client you use. If you use Webmail such as Yahoo Mail, Gmail, or similar, then the attachments are stored on your providers servers. In order to learn if they expire attachments, you need to ask them. If you are using desktop email client, such as Thunderbird, MS Outlook or similar, then attachments are stored on your computer when you download email messages, and stay there till you delete them.
