Mail Issues?
My account has been acting up as well. When I get best answer it takes a while for me to receive the notification. That's happened to me a few times these past few days. Don't you have a the part where it tells you when your contacts have asked or starred questions? Under the network Q&A? If you do and you press on there to see your network's Q&A then you'll find all of the questions your contacts have asked in the past few days or anything that's still open. That's how I check to see if any one of my contacts has asked a question. And to see for best answer I just check my activity details. It's how I found out I got my best answers yesterday. You should probably go to the Yahoo Suggestions board and make a comment about this problem. Hopefully, they'll be able to fix the glitch. Good luck! Edit: It's a glitch in the system lately. I think everything basically feel apart after the technical difficulties a few days ago. A lot of people have been having the same problem.

How do I log onto Yahoo Mail Beta? It says it has a problem with my browser's cache?

Yahoo mail "send message failed"?
Sorry, but that's BS. It is NOT about a bad address, formatting, etc. (and if so, there needs to be an error message that says so, not "SendMailFailed"). I've had this problem REPEATEDLY; so, obviously, have MANY other people. If I didn't have an e-mail address I can't just easily change and inform people of -- I'd be gone in a f*****g heartbeat. I'm FURIOUS at Yahoo! Mail, and so's my wife, and so're tons of people I know. (Oh, by the way, I PAY for this ****.)

Assuming this is true, it is likely because Yahoo has crappy programmers who don’t code agnostically very well. I have seen commercial sites in the past that were so incompetently coded that no browser seemed to fully support them. Often these sites have roots reaching back to the era when Microsoft tried to wrest control of the Internet away from the open source community. We are still paying for Microsoft’s attempt at totalitarian control.More likely though you have some sort of system problem specific to your machine. If Chrome did not support Yahoo, it would likely not have risen to become the most popular browser.I have seen loops that are resolved on clearing cookies. Browser sometimes post false errors suggestive of a server side source. Error messages are not necessarily true. Try closing the tab and typing in the “front door” address without the long post “.com” tail. This solves many issues. Your browser may have captured an address that is no longer compatible with the present state of the site. This may be captured in a bookmark, a back button, or even auto-complete.Some problems require a reboot. Never take a problem to others before rebooting! The problems curable with a reboot are beyond counting.
New Yahoo Mail problems?
I've been putting up with the arrogance of Yahoo for far too long. I'm just about to go back to Hotmail. Last night, I checked off half a dozen emails and hit the button to add stars to all of them, and it STARRED ALL THE EMAILS IN THE FOLDER! Unfortunately, as it is a special archival folder which I use every day, THAT ADDED UP TO OVER 1270 EMAILS!!!! I also hate the new "search" box that comes up unbidden at the bottom of my screen while I'm in my email. Who told these idiot engineers that we wanted such a thing? It's just in the way! If I want to use a search box, I'll go to the Yahoo main page. Actually, at this point, I WON'T go the the Yahoo main page, I'll go to Bing!
