That link was infected with malware which has now infected your computer. Any of your contacts who click on that link will have the same thing happen to them. This is why you don't click on strange links. If you are unsure, contact your friend and ask if they sent that link to you You need to do all of the following to stop this or it will keep spamming your Contacts 1 - change your password and make sure the alternate address is still yours 2 - run a full virus scan and delete all infected files 3 - run a full malware scan and delete all infected files. If you don't have one, download and run the free version of Malwarebytes. Your virus scan will not detect malware. 4 - after running both scans, delete your browsing history and cookies and empty your cache 5 - restart your computer This should stop it

These opticians that get on here just kill me. I dont know any other country but the US that requires a YEARLY prescription for contacts. Then they cite if you dont you have bad fitting contacts or incorrect prescription. Health problems..blah blah blah. Yet folks sell colored non prescription contacts all over the place with no problem. No fittings for the eyes. Sizings etc. No problems. Yet the opticians STILL want to charge so much that people of limited income (like me, I am unemployed) cant afford to go to them yearly. My prescription for contacts has not changed in a very long time (years, i cant remember when it last changed). I've always maintained that the prescription should be valid for 3 years. But since mine expired 2 years ago and I've not had the money for the exam I bought my contacts from http://www.opticalinstitute.com . They are in the UK and they ship quickly. Their prices are very competitive and sometimes better than whats in the US. 2 years now Ive been ordering my own contacts from the UK and 2 years of no problems or issues. Will I get my eyes examined if someday I have health insurance again or if opticians finally decide to charge reasonable exam prices? Probably. After which will I get a new prescription yearly? Can't delete Yahoo mail contacts. Why cant Yahoo help?
First off why can't Yahoo help us with their products? Why do users who have no control or any real idea about this have to help. Seems to be a common issue here with no support. I use craiglist a lot so when I reply to then Yahoo tricks me into adding them as a new contact. So why alot of old contacts I need to remove,. It erros out in Internet Explorer 11 and Newest Firefox as of 1/2014. I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit but using the 32 bit browser as it has less issues. Error message Something unexpected just happened. Please contact Yahoo Customer Care if the problem persists. Their are no links to get help, much less report the error (Yahoo here is a suggestion hint)..

If you haven't given an alternative email, haven't configured security questions, and haven't provided a mobile number that is current, then thats 3 strikes. I can't advise you if you have neither of those 3 safeguards set. Try contacting Yahoo support, but your chances of regaining access don't look good.
