Which is correct: please find the attached file or please find the information?
Although “Please find attached file / attachment” (in short, ‘PFA’) is pretty commonplace, I am personally against this usage. You normally ask someone to “find” something which is not readily available. e.g. find a key or wallet that was misplaced / find a place to sit (in a restaurant or park etc.) / find solution to a problem and so on. When you are referring to a file that you have attached (to an e-mail), the attachment is readily available to the recipient - no need of “finding” it. “Please refer the attachment / attached file” should be enough.
Is it correct to write, “Please find attached the following reports”?
I would sooner say “I have attached the following reports:” or “Attached, you will find the following reports:”. Neither is impolite, even without the please. To make your sentence technically correct— “Please find, attached, the following reports:” Notice the colon in all three instances.
Is it safe to delete this folder? "\Application Data\Microsoft Help"?
General rule of pc's ....if you're not sure if its important or not..then just leave it alone. If you MUST do something with it, then just RENAME the folder. Then use the computer for a week, see if anything breaks. If no break, then MIGHT be safe(doubt it). If it does break, then just change the name back to original.
How can I move photos in Google Photos into folders or albums?
Two different concepts. Albums in Google Photos are just a place where you will add already stored photos just for the purpose of having them under a specific titled album. What I mean is… you are not copying the photos, just referencing them.Now folders are related to file systems, so in that regard what you can do, is have your pictures organized in folders and then have Google’s Backup & Sync app scanning those folders. How do I view backed up WhatsApp images from Google drive? Is it possible to have the images even after deleting from my phone memory?
Okay so first of all you can't view you photos or video or chats is your drive, but a hacker can(this is apart).(This is out applicable for WhatsApp folder)What WhatsApp do is it sync's your WhatsApp like what you already have in your phone then it backup that stuffs, but if you deleted a photo from which you recieved or sent, WhatsApp deletes that from drive too after next sync.Why does this happens!?Because WhatsApp think's that if you deleted something then maybe you don't want that anymore and while sync it delete that thing.So it read you phone's WhatsApp and takes what is not there is drive but in you phone and deletes what is there in you drive but not in you phone.Hope you got it, thankyou.
How do I restore my accidentally deleted contacts from an Android phone?
Basically, when you use a android phone, you must be signed in to the phone using one of your google account. Google helps you backup and restore your contacts very easily just in few steps. Before, you might want to try restoring, I would suggest you to login to your gmail account on a PC and go to the "Contacts" Menu as shown in the figure below.You should find all your contacts in this window.Now go to your phone, follow the steps:1. Go to settings.2. Go to Accounts.3. Select Google.4. You should be able to see all your google accounts here. 5. Make sure you have the same account that holds your contacts is configured here. (Otherwise add it using "Add Account" option)6. Now you can synch all or any of your desired applications as below.7. Make sure you have the Contacts Sync button on as seen in the above pic.8. Now, press the 3 dots in the top of the above screen, and select Sync Now.9. You should be able to see all your missed contacts, are getting synched from your gmail account. Now, what if you do not have your contacts in your gmail account?If you have them in form of soft copy (any file) you can import it in to your gmail contacts as CSV file. and then sync them up easily to your mail.So, I recommend all of you to enable auto sync in your android device with your google account and make sure the contacts are synched by checking in the gmail contacts. I'm going into 8th grade-this is what I keep in my backpack, it's a Jansport (with 5 pockets, 2 big, 3 small) 1st pocket-bigbest 2 inch Juicy Couture binder (navy blue) Lunch box Pencil case (with colored pencils, markers, scissors, erasers, etc) 2nd pocket-other biggest 2, 1 inch view binders (pink) for math and language arts Geometry book TI 84 Texas Instruments graphing calculator (pink) Spiral Writing notebook silent reading book and lit groups book Smaller pocket- Bath and Body Works Warm Vanilla Sugar lotion, hand sanitizer, perfume 3 packs of gum lip gloss breath mints Colgate wisp (toothbrush thingy) some money for vending machines/after school activities water bottle I keep my phone in one of the smaller pockets, not in my pocket anymore because I got in trouble for having it in my pocket (they took my phone for 2 days!) but whats in yours? any organizing tips? thanks!
Why doesn't Google Inbox have download all attachments feature?
Google is a great company. As we all know all the products from Google are for providing a good user experience with a great value. Same is the case with GMAIL. Gmail is most used e-mail sending service (if I am not wrong). Now the way Gmail works is pretty awesome if you ever observed with focus. If Gmail Inbox enables download all attachment feature then it might become a negative factor to their user experience strategies according to me, because there are many users who use notebooks which have lesser hard drive capacity and receive mails having attachment of large sizes( around 5-8 GB as I have personally seen). So It will become a matter of frustration for them if they download those attachments directly to the notebook's hard drive. Now behind these negative side, let me talk about some of the positive, GMAIL has option for its users to download attachment directly to GOOGLE DRIVE or DROPBOX. I think that is pretty awesome feature we have. Thanks :-)
