Yesterday I Saw A Scary Pic Now Sleeping Is Impossible For Me.

Saw a scary picture now I can't go to sleep?

I accidentally wandered to the creepy pasta wiki and saw a scary picture. now it's stuck in my head and it's not coming out. I forgot about it but then it came back when I tried to sleep. And my freaking family being as noisy as possible just makes me uneasy.

Everytime I close my eyes I see these scary images - it's impossible for me to sleep, please help?

I need more details like how long have you had these 'symptoms' ? For example it could be depression or stress. What type of medication are you taking, if any? Possible sleep deprivation or hallucinations

Saw insidious and now can't sleep!!?

Haha when I watch a movie that I can't sleep to I leave my tv on close my door and think super happy thoughts and things I'm doing and also things that I want to do. Just anything that makes you feel better. The tv thing works the best bc the sound distracts you and don't let a movie bother you it is NOT real. Lol hope that sorta helps :)

What is the scariest thing you have seen or heard while sleeping?

It was few months after we moved in to our new house. My bedroom locatef just beside the living room.I slept alone with my pillow and bolster. That night i was awoken around midnight because my full bladder so i quickly went to the bathroom that attached directly to my bedroom. While i climbed back to my bed, i realized my bolster was not there. I tried to search the entire bedroom but couldn't find it. I have fairly small room so it was not a hard job. Underneath my bed? None. On the bed? None. On the floor? Nada.I was confused for not being able to find my bolster anywhere. I'm sure 100% it was with me when i woke up few minutes before. I NEVER COULD sleep without bolster. I laid down on my bed thinking hard about that bolster and couldn't sleep…That night probably the first time i fallen asleep without my bolster. The next morning, my mom knocked on my door to wake me up for school, but she said something very strange.“Adore, why did you put your bolster on the living room?”I always locked my room, and i slept alone. That bolster mystery never solved.

I get freaky scary gore images come to my head before I go to sleep?

Hi everyone I'm 16 turning 17, I was wondering what could be causing this to happen to me, its been doing it for like a month now

Before I go to bed I turn the light off and lie in bed like any normal person

But when I go to bed I get extremely graphic horrifying images come to my head, like seeing my friend just brake his neck right around and smile, and seeing weird bloody things scream with large teeth and many more twisted, then I can't sleep, then all I remember is waking up then next morning.

but the thing is, I don't see many scary things or anything, I don't watch horrors often like once every 6 months.

Please help, what could be causing this??

And my life has been exactly the same for the last 7 months ( well I think it has )

I see scary images when ever I close my eyes?

I see these scary images whenever I close my eyes even if it's for a split second most of the time it's just as if there are eyes just staring at me or it's a complete face just looking at me been like this for a few years now so I was just wondering is this normal and if not what is it and why do I see this

Every time I close my eyes at night I see scary images?

that happens to me very often, i don't really undestand but what i believe they mean is either that is what you think about during the day (or at least think alot about paranormal things) so these images manage to slip into your mind, either that or you are scared and the way your mind is telling you is by giving you these images, the more you think about it the worse they can get, when it happens to me i try my best to just focus on my breathing and not on the images, it can be hard sometimes but it's what u gotta do

Yesterday I woke up because I felt someone tapped me on my shoulder, I live alone. This morning, I woke up and I saw a black silhouette before I went back to sleep. What's going on?

It is easy to say these dreams and actions are paranormal activity. It is extremely hard to pin-point it is exactly an alien tapping your shoulder or causing the black silhouette. In the first instance it is wiser to rationalise and explain these phenomena as natural extensions of a human condition. I know that imagination does play tricks on the mind and so does fatigue, depression, schizophrenia, mental disorders and also an ardent belief that paranormal activity exists.Once these human factors are ruled out and no other rational explanation exists it is only then we can point to paranormal activity. Thousands( maybe millions) of people have these occurrences.Having said that we must not jump to conclusions that paranormal activity does not exist. There are countless examples of where it does. Only yesterday I was watching a docu series on Netflix which detailed how people in the highest positions in the world are aware of these paranormal instances. It is true that many individuals possess extra-ordinary powers to communicate with these forces. At one time we were aware of only 11 planets. We were required to memorise them as our base knowledge of the Universe. In the last decade we now know that there are thousands of such planets which can harbour life. That makes it very possible that an alien culture will definitely try to extend its communication systems in our direction. This may have happened for thousands of years but we were not learned enough to understand this dimension. There is evidence available of civilisations that did impossible things that even today we cannot fathom how those feats were humanly possible. In that sense the simple act of someone touching your shoulder may have been an unknown force attempting to communicate with you. The black silhouette may be an innocent shadow of an alien form or trick of the mind. Who are we to discount these recordings? We dont know anything at all about any of these unknown planets and their life forms. Only now we are searching for clues.Until the data builds up and contact is established we are compelled by circumstances to answer every single incident ourselves. The answers are currently elusive.I am in no competent position to give a firm answer to this paradox. Thanks for the A2A

I see scary images when I close my eyes?

The last horror film that I watched was 13 ghosts, when I was 8 or 9. I am 13 now, so it is not because I watch too many horror films.

I don't play scary video games, I do play violent, but they have no known effect on me.

Whenever I close my eyes, I see scary faces or images. The most common recognizable one is from a popular horror flick but I'm unsure of which one because I have never seen the film. There are multiple images that my brain cycles through incredibly fast.

I did not have anything traumatic happen in my young life.

I don't think that this is just that in between stage from reality to dreams because I don't dream about things like this.

It has happened to me tonight for the first time in about 3 months, but 3 months ago it happened daily--or I guess nightly.

The only light I have in my room is the light coming from my iPod which I'm typing on, so everything around me is black and I'm absolutely terrified. So terrified that I can't move to turn on my lamp because I feel that I even look over, I will see an image lying there. I have not moved in about 2 hours.
I won't have any source of light until my mom wakes up in about 2 hours.
With every sound I hear, I jump.

I just want it to stop, please help.
