First the bonus can’t be more than 10% of their total salary. That means that if you make $47,467, then you can’t receive more than $474 in annual bonus money. Second, the employee must also pass the duties test. The duties test is a set of criteria to qualify an exempt employee.So in conclusion, if you boss is replacing your overtime with bonus money, then it needs to be less than 10% of your annual income and you need to make more than $47,467 with that income. You also need to pass the duties test. Working Hours in India: As per theFactories Act 1948, every adult (a person who has completed 18 years of age) cannot work for more than 48hours in a week and not more than 9hours in a day. That horrible cramping/contraction feeling is not any fun! One of my friends took 1/4 C and she said it really got things going.

I wouldn't recommend taking so much at one time because it was very violent. She started vomiting and had major diarrhea and cramps. (She took more than is recommended because she was *tired* of being pregnant, and, if I remember right, she was about 35 weeks along.)

For less violence and a more 'normal' labor, take it at about a tablespoon at a time, wait 30 minutes, then take another tablespoon or so to get things going.

About being induced....We have four children and all but the last was induced. If I had to choose again, I would *not* be induced... Why? When I was induced I had long, *Long* labors. Long enough that most doctors would do C-sections (up to 22 hours long). Then, since the labors were so long, it took me a *year* to heal properly. The baby I had without being induced (our last child) was much faster, (less than 6 hours) and I healed much more quickly. :-)

I've also talked to nurses about being induced. They have confirmed my suspicions. They have also said that if you are induced, most of the time you have a much longer labor and the baby sometimes has a harder time of it.

HOWEVER...

On a shift more than 4 hours long, you will be scheduled a 45-minute break which is not paid so...

0.75 X 5=3.75 (0.75 = 3/4 of an hour, 45 minutes)

Therefore you will be having 3 hours 45 minutes of designated break time during the week. Take this away from 45 equals 41.25 hours (41 hrs 15 mins) Multiply this by your hourly rate to get an estimated (gross) pay.

Bear in mind you may not always get a 12-9 shift. You could get a 12-7, or a 2-9, say, or any shift of any length between your hours of availability.

How do you figure time clock hours?? like clock in time 7;43 and clock out time 5:41 ? I think i am cheated.

Time clock payroll time is usually calculated in terms of seven minute increments. Example if you clocked in at 7:53 this would be considered as 8:00. But if you clocked in at 7:52 because it is more than 7 minutes to the hour they would round this time to having to pay you for another 15 minutes pay. If you clocked out at 5:08 the pay should be given as if you were still working to 5:15. Seven minutes or less rounds down; eight or more rounds up fifteen minutes.
