You Reaction When A Caucasian With Wheat Skin Calls Himself White

You reaction when a Caucasian with wheat skin calls himself white?

no offense, but I have seen several ""White "" people who are not even close to white, they have caramel skin or light wheat skin or to the maximum , pink skin , but they are not white. White is something that would be Deborah ann Woll's skin, or Holliday Grainger or Bella Heathcote, etcetc, the porcelain milky white ones who are actually white .
Does it make Caucasian people feel better when they call themselves white when they are not categorized in that skin tone.
Look at Russel brand !!! Does his skin look white to u , it is wheat or pin , not white

Do certain protein shakes cause headaches?

Wow, Sassymom, you really got some great answers.
I really like Ed's but they are all really good.
Some people have food allergies to additives that can cause headaches. I think MSG is the most common and well known. So you probably have an allergy to one of those chemicals they put in the shake.
I do have a little different viewpoint on protein from your other answers. From my own research I think the MRDA for protein is too low. Although most Americans reach the MRDA for protein, commonly Dieters do not. And talk to almost any athlete who cares about nutririon and you'll find their protein goals to be much higher.
However, I agree that commercial protein shakes and supplements are not a good idea. They are expensive and filled with chemicals. Plus almost all the research points to some dangers associated with these concentrated forms of protein. Even soy isolate is under suspicion.
But drinking a protein shake right after a workout is still a good concept. Especially if you're dieting or an athlete you probably need to boost your daily protein intake anyway.
So what to do? Make your own. These recipes use real whole foods and are really good for you. Plus the taste good.

Oh by the way I'm a vegan and instead of milk I have soy milk and instead of whey protein I use soy protein, but I'll leave that up to you.

Milk and sugar free chocolate syrup and/ or banana
Milk and chocolate protein powder and/ or banana
Milk and peanut butter and /or chocolate syrup
Milk and blueberries and/or strawberries and/or banana and/or vanilla protein powder
Milk and mangoes and/or papaya and/or pineapple and/or banana and/or vanilla protein powder

Use plain keifer instead of milk or add acidolophus to make your shakes probiotic
Add 1 tbs ground flax seed to boost your omegas. Non vegans can add an egg to any of these, too.
