Bodybuilding Macros Carbs?

I eat around 4000 kcal a day. 570 carbs, 190 pro, and 114 fats. I am bulking with this diet. For some reason it is very hard to eat all of the carbs in this day, I try to eat it in brown rice and or other complex carbs. It is hard because it is so grainy and takes a long time, and also is not very good. Here is the question. If I miss around 100 to 150g of carbs will it make me gain less? Cause carbs are just an energy source right? If I miss a seriving or 2 of brown rice or a potato will it stunt my gains? Now I am very dedicated and will eat it all until I get a true answer but if it wont stop me from obtaining my goal than why not skip it and not be so full and bloated all day. Thanks for the help!

I'm 5'11 150lb 8-9% body fat 18 years old

Should I even bother with this? I wan't to get a bigger edge in bodybuilding and be able to workout sooner after a long intense workout.

I have lifted weights seriously for 2 to 3 years so have an above average strength for an 18 year old
i bulk in the winter and cut in summer but i end up looking skinny
i have good abs but average muscle size everywhere else
Also im vegetarian so should i start eating fish or meat again?
