Your Top Fifteen Favourite Songs English

What are your favourite top 10 English songs?

It is both difficult and unfair to choose ten songs from so many great tracks around. But if I do have to get choosy and pick my personal favorites, here’s how the top-ten list would go (not necessarily in this order though!)Chasing cars by Snow PatrolAll the passionate and fiery youngsters about to start their journey of love will agree to what Gary Lightbody has to say.Let's waste timeChasing carsAround our headsI need your graceTo remind meTo find my ownIf I lay hereIf I just lay hereWould you lie with meAnd just forget the world? All I want by KodalineJames Flannigan delivers quite a strong and beautiful message. No need to be embarrassed if you are ugly. It is okay to be different. Because someday, someone will appreciate you for what you are.Imagine by John LennonYes I know that it’s quite tough to imagine- no more religion, no more country, no more politics. But John, you are definitely not the only one. While my guitar gently weeps by The BeatlesWell George, I do hope many more blokes awaken the love in them and keep making the world a better place.Bohemian Rhapsody by The QueenOh Freddie boy, what exactly did you have in your head when you wrote this piece? Even I don’t understand some of the lines. But they are most amusing to hear.Scaramouche, scaramouche, will you do the fandangoGalileo Figaro – MagnificoooooooooBismillah! No we will not let you go – let him goOh mama mia, mama mia, mama mia let me goBeelzebub has a devil put aside for me.Comfortably Numb by Pink FloydArdent Floyd lover and a guitar solo fanatic, I adore this piece of Gilmour. Particularly the gig, Gilmour and Waters did at the Royal Albert Hall.Space Oddity by David BowieSome day, I hope to blast off into space listening to this and meet Major Tom there. Raise a glass with him perhaps ;)Blowin in the wind by Bob DylanPerhaps the most popular of Dylan’s songs after A rolling Stone, this is said to have been written by the times rather than any individual living in those times. Quite right, I agree.I bet my life by Imagine dragonsBen and Daniel have rightly pointed out that what needs to be done, needs to be done. There comes a time when we have to bet our life- take that risk- go after that dream- maybe this is not what others would want us to do.But this is my calling, and I shall do it.Seasons in the sun by Terry JacksAs someone once said, this is a sad song about death that refuse to die. Although the one by Westlife is the happier one, I like the Terry Jacks’ version more.

What's your favorite song at the moment?

My playlist is primarily filled with either Spanish songs or remixes of popular English songs with the beats of Salsa, Bachata or Kizomba. There are just so many amazing songs that I can list here, but I will still limit myself to five songs:Lost on You (Salsa Version by Cubaneros) - I love this song so much that i can listen to it the entire day without getting bored. The song has so much energy that it refreshes my mind whenever I play it. While the original song is in English, the Salsa version is in Spanish. I don’t understand the Spanish language, but I still love the Spanish version much more than any other song I have heard till date. The beats and music are just so amazing that my feet start moving to the Salsa beats automatically whenever I listen to this song.Lento (Kizomba fusion by Daniel Santacruz) - Lento is another really amazing song. While I love Salsa much more than I like Kizomba, I still find this song really soothing and energetic. This song is also in Spanish, so I do not understand the lyrics. However, the beats and music in the song are really great.Perfect by Ed Sheeran (Bachata Remix by DJ Selphi) - “Perfect” is a song which is universally loved for its amazing music and lyrics. While I love the original song as well, I really enjoy the Bachata Remix much more. The song is in English, and the lyrics are really beautiful. With the Bachata version, I can enjoy the lyrics much more while dancing to the beats of Bachata.Experience by Ludovico Einaudi (Kizomba remix) - This song, hands down, is the most soothing song ever created in the history of mankind. The song has no lyrics and is just a musical fusion. Listen to this song at full volume with your eyes closed, and you will forget all the worries you have in life. This song is the most efficient stress buster I have come across so far.Despacito by Luis Fonsi - This song, of course, requires no introduction. Despacito is probably one of the most popular Salsa songs globally, and is played at least once in every party. There are so many remixes of Despacito available on youtube, and most of them are really good. But the original version of the song still remains the best among all the versions. There are so many other songs that I can mention, but for now, I will leave you all with these five really amazing songs that you can listen to and enjoy.
