How can you fix YouTube videos that won't load?
By fixing your internet. If your internet is not a problem then that video has been deleted or YouTube servers are not working properly.

Youtube videos won't load?
Help! Youtube videos won't load in any browser on this computer! This issue has been driving me nuts - I've deinstalled/reinstalled Flash Player, Shockwave, and Java repeatedly, shut down my firewall, shut down my antivirus, and killed all excess processes I could find, to no avail. Also, changing internet connections - ones for which Youtube is working fine for other people - doesn't help. Attempting to download videos doesn't help, either - download times vary between several hours and a week, if there's a download rate at all. Everything else works fine! Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this, anything I missed? Otherwise I may just reinstall my OS, which is a stupid hassle just for Youtube. :(

If you are experiencing either: A) slugglish loading or buffering, B) that "spinning circle" looking like it could seemingly go on forever, C) "choppy" videos that start/stop/start/stop frequently, or D) vids that sometimes come to a complete freeze.... Exit out of YouTube (but not your browser) and do one of the steps below. Afterwards, shutdown and reboot. What can I do if my vita won't play youtube videos?
Im used to watching youtube videos all the time on my ps vita, but all of a sudden I go to play a youtube video and it never loads up, instead it act like the video will load but it never dose. I can add videos to favorite but it wont let me add to a playlist. Ive had my account for about a year now and its let me Add videos everyday in the past, this is the first day its been like this. My Internet works fine. I've tried many times on 3 different apps on my iPad and on a regular computer, is it a glitch or something?

A "browser" should be able to play Youtube videos if it's up to date, if not, update it.If said browser is up to date and capable of playing Youtube videos but won't... erase cache, cookies etc... and restart browser and/or computing device.Try another browser to make sure it's not device related.
